I ordered a 20x30 inch print. It came out pretty good, but arrived very dented. I called and they made another one which also arrived dented. They do not protect the metal prints well enough for shipping. The corners are dented and the backing glued onto the print can be seen from the front because the print is damaged around the backing during shipping. I wouldn't order a metal print from them. Regular canvas prints are pretty good though.

I ordered several large canvas prints from this company and they all came out photo quality and they have by far have the best prices on the internet

This is my go to company for canvas prints they come out photo quality even large prints I ordered several 24x36 and they come out perfect and by far the best price on the internet

Purchased 15 prints ranging from 8"x8" to 24"x36". The prints were using AI-designed images. Each of the images I upscaled after designing, or so I thought. 14 out of the 15 are immaculate. One isn't as crisp as the others. I attributed this to probably not uploading the upscaled version of that particular image. I have already received numerous compliments on the artwork and it's great to say that I "designed" it. Price was great (under $300 shipped for all of the prints). It took under 2 weeks to get to my door (I chose the slowest option to align with my traveling). And the product is phenomenal. Even the one that is "off" is only noticeable to me. My art ranged from dark, oil-style paintings, to bright pop art. And each one brought the elements of the original design. Will definitely order from again!

My order was horrible. The print was unreadable and the picture was unidentifiable. No refund. I will never order from them again.

My canvas is blurry and looks like crap! Walmart is so much better! You get what you pay for! Cheap usually comes with low quality. I'll never use them again! My pic I posted is supposed to be a cow…but you can't tell

It has been 2 months and my order bever arrived. My messages are not responded to. Won't use them again.

Anything over that size will become increasingly pixelated. Their "aspect ratio" is all wrong. They blurred larger prints BAD.
Staples can blow things up and it looks like the original. This place could make a face look like a swirl of marble cake and melted crayons.
Do NOT EVER get the 24"x 36" or larger.
You'll only see some crap worse than Minkraft.
They never get the phone.
They asked my husband to e mail.
He sent 4 separate e mails.
Their e mail did not take the uploaded professionally done pictures, saved in our computer, side by side to the horri le job they did on blowing up "prints". (If you want to call it that)
The 11 x 14 came out nice
16* 20 detail started being lost.
18* 24 more colors and more blurring
24 x 36 was horrifying and awful.
Much of the original was missing too as each size went up.
We understood some of it would be wrapped around the canvas. Each size up just chopped off more and more of the pic. It's like when you zoom in on the i phone and cut off the outer picture. They made it worse each size past 11*14
Only the 11 x 14 came out as a true "print".
The rest were increasingly bad versions.
Wasted $$$$

My husband has the photos. If need be we'll make a video of best to worst.
Just get 11-*14 or smaller.

I uploaded my photos. The images looked fine. Nobody from the company called or emailed me to tell me that the resolution wasn't good. All I could do was go off the preview which looked fine got the product looked like $#*! called the company they would only give me 80% refund and said that it is up to the consumer to call in to make sure that their photos are of high enough resolution. Do NOT use this company!

I absolutely love how all of my Canvas Prints turned out! This company does an incredible job! I highly recommend this company for ordering Canvas Prints through; highly recommend! Great work; love my Canvas Prints!

I thought I'd take a last minute chance to get a photo printed on canvas by your company for my Mom's birthday. I received it a day early, and it's gorgeous! I was really, really happy with the quality and will definitely use your company again!

Very bad decision to order from this company. I ordered some of my son's high school graduation photos from them, 1 was a 16x20 collage. They mounted the canvas crooked on the frame making it appear like it was printed crooked and they want me to pay them to fix it! Horrible customer service!

Order was delivered damaged. Please see the attached picture. EasyCanvasPrints used tape on THE OUTSIDE of the canvas holder to ship a canvas. Also the second canvas hook was crooked. I contacted customer support. They are refusing to issue a refund. Complete waste of money.

If you'd like to spend weeks communicating with their customer service, having them offer to minimally fix things but not do so without your response, then this might be the company for you. In all seriousness, I should've chosen another company. 2 of our canvas prints are ever so slightly crooked. The most egregious part is that we had an acrylic print made—and it was printed backwards! Completely useless. For a company to offer acrylics, you'd think they would know they needed to invert the image before printing. Ordered a metal print which was not the proper color. I paid for upgraded shipping ($25) hoping to finish a project with the ordered prints—I'm 2 weeks past the promised date and still don't have all of the items. I asked for a
Refund on shipping and was offered $4! Seriously! Find someplace else unless you want recouping your investment and fulfilling your order to become a full time job.

There are so many companies from which to choose. I gave this one a chance using the copyrighted picture I own and WOW! They did an awesome job. I will definitely use them again assuming their prices don't go up. The color quality matches the picture exactly. I'm very happy.

Please save yourself time and money and don't order a canvas print from this company. The only thing I will do with my picture is throw it in the garbage. Picture is so distorted and colors so pale. I wish I had read the reviews first and I wouldn' t have been so disappointed in the results

If you are considered ordering fro here DO NOT DO IT! I REPEAT….DO NOT DO IT!
I ordered a large canvas print from a professional print to be displayed at my daughters wedding. First, the shipping is by no means quick although the ad steers you to believe it ships quickly….LIES! Secondly, the canvas is very low quality printing. Colors look nothing like the original print! But the real kicker here is….my Son In Laws head is chopped off but mirrored around the canvas along with an extra arm on the side. So I called customer service and the lady was an absolute TROLL! She could of given 2 rats behinds about the piece of crap they mailed me and proceeded to tell me they would send me a new for more money! I would not give this company one red cent EVER again. If you like crap work and horrific customer service, then this is your place. Otherwise….RUN! And then remind yourself, you get what you pay for! Cheaper is not BETTER!

The portrait is of a wedding couple and their first kiss, The canvas print had their heads chopped off! Called customer service, and the representative immediately identified my problem. He told me at no cost they would reprint it into a portrait configuration instead of the landscape. I would only have to pay shipping of $9.99. I asked, "If you can see the problem looking at my order online, why didn't the company contact me for the approved correction or, simply correct it themselves?" I firmly believe Easy Canvas Prints should either reimburse me or provide me with a corrected print at no cost to me. This company is a good example of "BUYER BEWARE."

Very disappointed with the quality and (reddish) people color. They will replace it but takes days to review your request (you have to follow it up) and you have to pay for the shipping. Thumbs down on customer service and quality.

The color on my prints is more vibrant than the one I ordered from google. The only odd thing is the top wrap but you don't really see that. Nicely shipped but did think the shipping was a little pricey.
