I ordered some canvas prints from my wedding. The customer service is great. I received a couple free 11x14 prints and went to order them. I got all the way to the end to find out that it was 17.99 for shipping for 1-11x14 when I just paid $22 for 7 pictures! This is where they make uo their money for the "free" picture. Very dissapointing! I can see paying 5-6 bucks for this and wouldn't have an issue. I know how much things cost to ship. You really should change the shipping costs!
I uploaded a high resolution tiff file of a picture I wanted to have enlarged. The company never contacted me to inform me that the picture would be all pixelated. I was thoroughly disappointed. They did refund the cost but not shipping. I told them that they need to inform the customer if the quality would be so bad. They had all my information from the order including how to contact me by phone. Remember I sent a high quality tiff file. I can't imagine how bad it would look with a jpeg quality image. I am now trying another supplier to see how it goes.
What a scam! After a recent purchase, they told me that I would receive a free 11x14 canvas print and only pay the shipping. Out of curiosity, I set up a regular order for a 11x14. The print was approximately $9 and the shipping was approximately $9 for a total of approximately $18. So then I applied the coupon code for free 11x14. The price was the same. They just made the shipping $18.
I ordered 3 canvas and 2 out of 3 are blurry. Tried to contact customer service and no response. I would not order anythinh from them anymore. Very disappointed.
I ordered a print for my daughters birthday on 5-6 or 5-7, my wife ordered two prints on 5-8.My wife got her prints to give our daughter for her Birthday, while I was told my single print would not arrive till we were at out daughters celebrating on 5-19...why so long...DO NOT order unless you do so three to four weeks ahead of when you want it by...disgusting service, never again...stay away
Sure wish my mom got her mother's day gift sooner. I've messaged and called over a two week period and STILL can't get an update to the status of my order. It's been "in queue" for nearly three weeks! I understand I chose a "slow" shipping rate, but to not even start the order until it's closer to its promised ship date is RIDICULOUS! HORRIBLE way to do business.
Ordered two 30"x40" acrylic prints. One is perfect but the other has a white border on two sides. The border was not present on the picture nor was it on the screen when I uploaded the image.
Customer service's response was that it was my fault and I'd have to pay for a new one plus shipping.

We printed our engagement photos on an 11x14 canvas and it turned out great. These pictures were taken by a professional photographer with a professional camera. I would not expect an iPhone camera pic to turn out the same quality. But this was much cheaper ($36) than the $150 our photographer was going to charge us to get this printed. This is a steal for us :)
Easy Prints has no quality control! Picture is printed and mounted by computer and nobody checks the awful results!
When I received the 16 x 20 print, the quality of the materials and workmanship was OK and it was well packed and shipped lightning fast. However, about 25% of the top, 25% of the bottom, and 25% of each side was cropped out. That only left the center approx 30% or so of the image, meaning the rest is simply gone. Further, to get that small portion of the image to fill up the entire 16 X 20 print canvas, it was enlarged way beyond resolution clarity. Even the small portion of the image present is a blurry mess. The whole thing is a disaster and will go in the trash. Why not send it back? They do not honor their work and would only provide a 50% refund. They said don't send it back. I have no use for it, so trash it is. Very disappointed in their warranty policy; not fighting it because I just want to put the whole unpleasant experience behind me. But, will not use this company again.
I'm a serious hobby photographer and occasionally have prints made for personal display, or gifts. I was skeptical because of the price, but it was so attractive i thought it was worth the risk. But, 1) I got my order in 7 days, and 2) it was perfect. I will absolutely order more prints in the future. The prices are actually comparable to the prices of standard paper prints from my local camera/photo store.
Their customer service is excellent. Every person I've spoken to is very helpful. I love these canvas prints!
They were very quick to respond and get exactly what I was looking for. There were able to take the original photo and change it to my specifications. They sent mockups of what the finished product would look like, and waited for feedback to make sure the painting looked just right. I love this so much! The shipping was quick and the packaging secure.
So trying to redeem my coupon for a free 11x14 print...link doesn't work, so I contact customer service. It's the fault of my browser or my cookies or whatever but if I call them, they will take care of it. So I follow the instructions and then I call them. My cost to buy it (with a honey coupon) including shipping and taxes is about $20. The cost for the "free" item is $30 for the shipping and taxes. Yea, okay - Beware of "free" offers!

THE IMAGE IS NOT EVEN SQUARE ON THE CANVAS, EITHER THE PRINT IS OF, OR THE CANVAS IS OFF, TOTALLY RUINED AND UNPRESENTABLE. I HAVE ATTACHED PICHURES OF THE PIECE OF GARBAGE YOU SENT. I WOULD LIKE EITHER FOR YOU TO REDO THE ITEM AND FAST TRACK THE SHIPPING SO THAT I DO RECEIVE IT BY NO LATER THAN VALENTINES DAY, OR GIVE ME A FULL REFUND, INCLUDING THE SHIPPING. Glad I came to the reviews before placing my order. As I was "creating" my canvas print, I was happy with how it was turning out, cropping it, etc. Once I added my item to the cart, I noticed the pic looked "fuzzy". I zoomed in and it looked very pixelated and blurry- very different quality from what I had just uploaded and preparing. Upon reading the reviews I most likely would have received an i satisfactory piece….seems to be pretty common for this company. I have enclosed pics of how my project looked as I was cropping it vs. how it looked after I put it in my "cart".
I was looking to get some recent, some old and some scanned photos made into canvas prints. After searching online I came across Easy Canvas Prints. I was amazed at the pricing and was a little hesitant to order thinking quality might not be very good at these prices. I wasn't willing to pay 3 or 4 times more at other sites so I dug deeper. After reading lots of negative reviews on Easy Canvas I became very concerned so I decided to call customer service. Some reviews said customer service was non existent but I was able to reach someone right away. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and answered all of my concerns. She walked me through the process and waited until I had uploaded the prints and sizes I wanted. Then she accessed my order and sent me an email with my prints so that I could proof them. We talked about complaints regarding the mirror image wrap and she explained that there are different options that you can access online, which I did with her help. I ended up going with the black edge as I didn't like the mirror wrap either. I placed my order, for 11 prints ranging in size from 11" x 14" and 8" x 10", on January 10,2023 and received my order on January 18th (shipped to Canada). I was excited but a little anxious to open and view my order but when I did I was very happy. The prints look great. The frames and edging look great. Some of the photos I used were scans of photos from 1998 and 1999 and they turned out better than I had expected. All in all I am very pleased with the quality, the customer service and the timely delivery of my order and I am extremely pleased with the price. I will definitely be ordering from Easy Canvas again. I would recommend calling customer service for help in choosing the options and to have them send you proofs so you can see the finished product before ordering. Cheers
I live in Canada and I placed a few orders with Easy Canvas and was satisfied with the quality, pricing and shipping. Fast forward several months to the present, when I was updating information in anticipation of a large order. I was shocked to discover shipping costs had gone from under $20 to almost $80. I called the company and no explanation. Pay or go away as they didn't find it as alarming as I did even providing previous order numbers on invoice. Buyer beware, there are many other canvas printing businesses that are shipping internationally with minimal shipping charges so it makes me wonder why this company is charging so much!
I do not recommend this place! They sent my picture to me extremely blurry! Customer service acts brain dead and I have called twice and have been asking for my lousy 9.99 from before before Christmas! I don't believe you will get your refund either if something goes wrong!

Answer: The delivery time was under a week. I live in the country so everything takes a day longer than expected. I chose to have the art team evaluate the quality of the image before printing. They contacted me right away and the only delay there was me getting back to them. I talked with an artist on the phone about it and then it went out almost right away.

Answer: I chose to have my image reviewed by the art team before printing. I took the photo on my phone and the 36 inch print came out looking good! I was able to talk with an artist on the phone to confirm the image quality before printing. This service was definitely worth the extra few dollars.
