Outstanding service and quality

I have ordered 4 different times over 4 years. 2 orders were perfect. 1 order quality of image I supplied was bad but I was not aware of that. Got a full refund with no issues. 3 years later another canvas came in very dark. Customer service went out of their way to help me, they used their own resources to lighten the image and shipped a new canvas that was perfect. Not sure why the image originally came in so much darker than expected as file was directly from Getty Museum. But Customer Service was again outstanding. Worked with me and made sure I was happy with my canvas. That is Service!

Wonderful product at a great price

Love my new canvas print. Only caveat is that you need to take into account that you lose about an inch on the edges so crop accordingly.

Big Ripoff

They do NOT advise that photo you provide is not appropriate for size of enlargement you choose—they just charge, print & ship regardless of poor quality. Customer service denies that website "100% guaranteed to delight" means guaranteed satisfaction.
Gave 1 Star because Zero stars not available. See my enlargement: a conglomeration of tiny squares, not a focused photo

Don't count on it every showing up

I ordered December 6th for my wife's Christmas, come Christmas Day my wife had no gift. When I called all they said was they showed nothing in their end, but my American Express sure had the charge on it! The rep was very nice but my wife got no Christmas gift at Christmas and its my fault for ordering from this company. So I guess I will be heading to the mall to replace what I never got! DO NOT COUNT ON THESE PEOPLE TO DELIVER! When calling they could not give care any less.

Disappointing
December 5, 2022

Canvas image was blurred. Should have requested new image because enlargement gave a blurry appearance. Customer service was not very helpful. Back and forth over 2 weeks and checking with their art department!? Not 100% guaranteed like advertised. Still awaiting an answer.

Horrible experience

I purchased 3 prints from them, 1 arrived clearly damaged. I called customer service and sent the representative a picture of the damage. He stated he would send out a replacement. 3 days later I received an email asking for more information. I provided the information and I then called customer service again and was told at that point the best they could do was provide a 30 percent refund. This was supposed to be a gift and the 1st representative i spoke to told me I would have it before the date I told him I needed it. This was a terrible experience and I had actually purchased 4 more prints based on the fact that I thought they were going to replace the damaged one. I asked for a Supervisor in customer service to call me back and I was never called back.very disappointing experience.

I ordered a test print (11x14) on canvas. It took 3 weeks to get my purchase. I cannot even express how utterly disappointed I was in the order. The "canvas" is so plastic-like in feel and appearance. It is thick and the corners, although done neatly, were extremely bulky. Compared this print to one by my former supplier and it was like comparing a kindergarten art piece to a college grad's work. Night and day. Do not fall for the low pricing bc the quality is just not there. Their options are not explained, so I didn't expect to see the image repeated on the edges. Who would want that (mirror image). They offered me a reprint, which would not fix any of my concerns. I asked for a refund. They offered me 80% refund, but then deducted the shipping I had paid. Net refund 50%. Shame on me bc I didn't read reviews before ordering! On the picture with signature EPC is EasyPrintCanvas.com product

Not Happy
November 8, 2022

I ordered a canvas print for a gift for a friend in September. As of today's date, Nov. 8. I still have not received it. Apparently the original order was shipped & when it never arrived the were going to send a reprint which also never arrived but was returned to the company. I was staying in touch with customer service & they were responding to all my emails. I have decided that I just want a refund and of course, now I am not getting a response at all! Never again will I use this company.

Terrible Quality and Not What I Ordered
October 31, 2022

Can I give zero stars?! I ordered 4 acrylic prints from EasyCanvas Prints. Two of them were the wrong orientation and had white borders (didn't fill frame). Our faces/skin in all of them were red and pixelated! I can't believe they would send these out. At first customer service tried to tell me I uploaded them this way (the ones with wrong orientation) which wasn't the case. Ended up getting a refund. Use Costco - way better!

I ordered 24 calendars for $383. The preview for each month looked perfect. I received the order a couple of weeks later and there were odd borders on nearly every month that did not show up in the preview.
I contacted them asking to reprint. They responded with, "They determined that this printed true to our production process for these items. However, they were able to update the design for a better reprint result." and offered me a $90 credit to reprint.

Sooo... what they're saying is this is the typical garbage we put out but we fixed it in case you wanna drop another $300 with us and fingers crossed you don't get another box of useless crap.

My first order was good, too. But my second was orange. Their customer service is terrible and after sending multiple photos showing their poor quality, they offered to reprint but charge me $21.49 shipping. I certainly don't trust that the second order will be any better than the first. I just want to return this trash & get a refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I'm still waiting for a refund that they finally offered but haven't issued yet. This has been going on since 9/1. Tomorrow I'm disputing the charge on my credit card and filing a complaint with the BBB.

Ripped off!

I received an inferior product. The canvas was not placed right and the back portrait stand was put on crooked. I was told that I would get a refund. When I was refunded my money, I was only refunded 50% of my purchase. I called to find out why and they told me that this was the notes that they found on the record which was not what I told them. I was told I would receive a full refund. Never again!

I've used EasyCanvasPrints in the past and was very pleased with the quality. The canvases looked exactly like the pictures I submitted. This time, was a different story. The quality of the color and picture was not of the same standard as before. It looked as if, when they printed it, they were low on color. I was just very disappointed this time and am not sure I will use them again.

I spoke to Nichell J. Who provided zero support for their mistake of not providing proof. Zero accountability for their errors. They push errors they made off on the customer. No proof is presented prior to printing.
Fly by night business model with non-existent customer support. I will NEVER purchase from this dump again. All charges are disputed. You will never get any money for such a horrible business model.

Consider Canvaspop or GreatBig Canvas for a team that provides service and support.

I found the website after a internet search not expecting alot. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. The web interface is intuitive for dimensions, orientation, and canvas specs. I uploaded one of my favorite photos and boom I had an order ready for check out. Shipping was very fast, less than a week. This is now my go to for transforming digital photos th wall art.

I found the site easy to use. The print appeared just as I designed it. Colors were brilliant. I do colorful abstract images and made sure I used the Adobe 1998 color setting to achieve it. For photos you might use a color setting more appropriate for that medium. This setting one can change in Photoshop under the Edit menu. Anyway I was pleased with the outcome. I ordered another I am waiting for now.
