I ordered 6 dresses in November, however they were unsuitable, I tried to return them via Parcelforce tracking but the address for returns from dresslilly was incorrect so the items were returned to me. Following several emails forwards and back and at a cost of £26 with a second attempt to return itema after having received the correct address (or is it), and having tracked the last return via parcel force, dresslilly have refused to accept my parcel. I will never again shop with this company.
Good quality and fast responses from customer service. The clothing is a bit tricky depending on fabric. I always order my clothes bigger than I wear.
It requires some wisdom and patience to shop at dresslily but I was pretty happy with my previous purchases overall so far. They have a large variety of products and good customer services.
I'm not a big fan about shopping, In most of the cases I hate it so much, but thanks to DressLily doing some shopping is really interesting. There's a lot of dresses for every kind of person, a lot of styles and colors, it's funy because you can even win some coupons or the dresses if you do some minigames.

I ordered view times from this site and everything was like described. Ok, maybe is shipping time too long, but it is like they said. Products are unique and that is the most valuble thing. You can find items, you can't find anywere else.
Dresslily has good quality products, really good customer service and reasonable prices. The only thing I don't like is how long it takes to ship and receive your order. Otherwise good company.
As I said in the title - received a quality item at a reasonable price with the added benefit of free shipping. It was exactly as described and was a perfect fit. I ordered from the UK and had excellent communication from the company about shipment progress.
Have used several time great quirky dresses true to size and as described. Shipping was fine will order from them again

I purchased a synthetic wig from dress lily, it came in about three weeks which was expected. It is as described and good quality for the money. Happy with the purchase.

I received my products after about 3 weeks, and they were all adorable, and comparable quality for the price. I have ordered from them several times since, and love them!

I was impressed with the wide selection of items on the Dresslily website. I purchased an item for my daughter. Checking out was fast and secure. The item arrived in a timely manner and was undamaged. The item looked like the picture on the Dresslily website and matched the description. The item fit my daughter perfectly and she was super happy with it. Care instructions were clear and easy to understand. Upon washing the item, it still fits my daughter perfectly. Beautiful clothes great for costumes! Everything I ordered fits true to size and very inexpensive! I did not receive 1 of my 3 items due to being out of stock and they refunded me within 3 business days! Hows that for service?!
