Dresslily has a wide variety of beautiful clothes and some pretty handy gadgets too. The prices are wonderful, the quality is excellent and the customer service is awesome!
I love DressLily's products and prices. The online ordering process is quite simple. My only concern is with shipping, which is unpredictable. Once a package reaches the U.S. mail system, it is no longer trackable. If it doesn't arrive soon, Contact Dresslily, but they say to be patient. If I wait too long to contact Dresslily, they say it's to late, and I should have contacted them earlier. That is frustrating.
It was everything I expected and more, prompt delivery always a bonus, thank you so very much, I will be ordering more in the future.
Unlike other sites that don't live up to their promises, DressLily is a safe and reliable place to shop online. Prices are reasonable and their are thousands of items and clothing to choose from. Delivery may take a bit long but it's ok if you are not in a hurry and by the way, shipping is free. If there are any issues, Customer Service is always ready to help. Refunds are easy to get and rewards are given for product reviews.

I have placed several orders from this website. They have a wide variety of clothes including alternative and gothic styles that I love. They have a lot of unique designs that i can't find elsewhere. Their prices are great. The quality is decent, much better than what you would expect for their prices but not perfect. You do have to be patient since shipping can take some time but it's worth the wait. I have been very happy with my purchases.
Ive been ordering from DressLily for a few months now. First, their prices are so good (it was hard to believe the product was so good for the pricing). It took awhile for my items to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Everything fit like it should, and I didnt have to convert china sizes to US sizes. The patterns and styles are so cute, I find myself visiting the site several times a week. Their Flash Sales are great too... I just nabbed two pairs of leather high boots for less than $60. They arrived within 10 days and the fit is perfect. I cant wait til their next sale!

They need a rating of -0... items are cheap, and when tying to refund items give you a reduced price for return and if you correct them will not send you address to return. Serious rip off, reporting them to Paypal and BBB.

I was really in need of a dress for a get together at my boss's house and luckily I found dresslily, I got so many compliments, this site saved me big time!

I didn't know if this company was a scam. I had ordered a outfit from them and I was suppose to get it in 3 to 7 business days but it didn't come. So I came on here and wrote some bad reviews because I didn't know if I was going to get my outfit. So I went on Dresslily and wrote 2 message to the support team and they sent out my outfit the next day. The only problem I had with Dresslily is that they didn't send my order out right way but when I got it. It fit perfect and the martial was great. Plus it look exactly like it did in the pictures. I definitely will be ordering from them again!
