On Chat for over 2 hours with a simple question. "Where is my refund?" this was with two reps. They did not understand my question! Just kept sending me pre-scripted responses. Now they are on Lunar Christmas for seven days! This was supposed to have been issued two weeks ago and they are telling me that they can do nothing until the 21st! Oh and they are not sending any orders out from the 14 through the 20th. How the heck can a business even do that! DO NOT BUY!

Hi. I ordered the bathroom floor sticker and was surprised it was only the size of a large sheet of paper. I should have paid more attention that the sizing was in cm not inches.

Top stitching hooded quilted winter jacket is not for winter generally. It is very thin especially for someone like me, who live in Russia. But it should be nice for early Autumn or late Spring. Dress with notes print is nice, looks pretty, but the same story: the fabric is denser, but anyway it should be good for summer evenings and it's very cute: I'm really satisfied with my order. I had reservations about using Dress Lily as i wasn't familiar with them and figured their base was overseas from the UK which sometimes rings alarm bells and makes postage complicated. The offer however was worth taking a risk on, so i did after a little online research and seeing no red flags.
Despite needing to split my first package in to two separate ones for reasons i can't remember, i was well informed with reference tracking numbers and not charged any extra. As this suggests, confidence was high enough to order from them a second time, and the process again kept me well informed, was smooth and maybe even quicker than on the predicted delivery times. You're also safe in the knowledge you can use Paypal.
Dress Lily do a wide range of cool and slightly eccentric stuff that often catches my eye as a photographer, so no doubt with the positive experiences i'll be coming back time again when i spot something interesting or to further a current project which was inspired by some of Dress Lilly's material wall hangings.
