Horrible customer service that is putting in a lot of effort in proving you are wrong than to solve a problem! Their system has placed a duplicate order, only one confirmation was ever sent out, but they charged me $750 shipping fee to send it back to sender and called me several times to yell at me that it's my fault. They'll go beyond and above their duties to convince the customer they are wrong. Previous reviews just prove that they constantly mess up orders and then blame the customer for it.
I ordered 9 door knobs at a cost of $887.40. They sent the wrong ones and after giving me the runaround for 2 days via phone and email they offered me a refund of $391.17 and I would have to pay for shipping. I filed a dispute with my credit card and a complaint with the BBB. We'll see what happens next. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN MY 65 YEARS! AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY ITS ALL ABOUT RESTOCKING FEES AND NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered hammered egg knobs and received round knobs... see photos.
3 weeks into an order - nothing. No shipment tracking, no updates. Called the company to see where my 3 showers are only to hear "they have been discontinued sorry" really!? And nobody bothered to tell me? While I already installed rough ins for the showers (bough separately) They tried to resolve the issue by transferring me back and forth to: "sorry this extension was not found. Goodbye"

I first came to this site looking for replacement sink grids for a 20 year old Franke sink. I found the grids at the best prices. Decor planet carries mostly European brands. Wide range of bath accessories and fixtures at good prices.
I received a vanity with a broken off leg 6 weeks after my credit card had been charged. Tatyana in customer service told me to send pictures which I immediately did and that I would hear from her within 48hrs. This was on a Wednesday. Turns out she's off on Thursdays and Fridays so she deliberately lied to me. When I called on Friday of course the representative who answered could not access her email to see if she had actually contacted the vendor. I have a torn up bathroom waiting for this vanity! Never in a million years will I again do business with this awful company.
And all this occurred after literally about 10 phone calls to get the vanity shipped when it was done instead of waiting another month for the mirror to be finished. All while they had my $2300. Not sure I will order a James Martin product again either... dealing with a third party sucks!
Ordered a vanity and my card was charged it it no email conformation was received. Called several time a day for three days and didn't get anyone. Finally got through and the vanity was sold out. After lots of go around finally picked another and when it arrived was damaged and they refused to do anything. Will never anything from them EVER!
DecorPlanet filled my order for a replacement of my Moen kitchen faucet handle. I ordered the wrong part and when I asked to return it, they said with the cost of returning it that I should not return it and they would still return my payment to me. Thanks, DecorPlant! Great service!
They charged me for a product they don't have give a ship date called a week after it should have shipped and they told they were out of stock and it would be 7 months before it would be in now after canceling the order they want me to wait 7-10 days before they give my money back sad
They won't refund my items even though the acknowledge return of the items! Complete scam! Every time I call to complain they say I need to talk to "accounting" and they will call me back, which they never do! They keep giving me false info that they already sent a refund and when I ask for a transaction ID they again say I need to talk to "accounting" and of course, I never hear back. Stay away!

I purchased several vanities from Decor Planet. All items showed up in a timely manner and the experience from start to finish was an extremely positive one.
This journey began with Menny Baranov. I had several questions about the site, it's ongoing sale, and a delayed delivery since my project was stalled but I did not want to miss out on the sale and opportunity. Menny worked with me to get everything packaged up and ready for purchase, helped me set up an account, and walked me through all of the required steps to make the purchase process simple and seamless.
Next I had the opportunity to work with Mesha Edwards - Decor Planet's undercover superhero! She is a consumate professional and a model Decor Planet Team Member. Unfortunately I ran into a minor issue with delivery location and one of the vanities that showed up was damaged. I hope everyone recognizes all of the steps that occur in between an order to delivery, and many of these steps are in the hands of third parties that the merchant has little control over. The true test is how the merchant vendor responds to those issues. Mesha was the Superwoman of Customer Service. She worked tirelessly to make sure my experience was 100%, and that all issues were remedied as quickly as possible. Throughout the entire process she was positive, professional, and resourceful. Her warm and kind personality exuded through the phone and I could tell I was in good hands throughout the entire process. She navigated all of these unknowns through a pandemic and a high volume holiday period but the entire time made me feel as if the customer was her number one priority.
In the end, my experience resulted in what every customer wants: A great user experience, an excellent product as advertised, and fantastic support when things don't necessarily go as smooth as everyone hopes.
I highly recommend this company and their products (I will post photos when fully installed). It is great that they stand by those products with excellent customer service, which seems to be so rare these days. Thanks again Menny, Mesha, and the entire Decor Planet Team!
I seem to be inline with several reviews, but this company can not reliably tell you anything about when items will ship. It can LITERALLY already be sitting in their warehouse for days and they can't get it out.
This is not my first rodeo in a remodel and I ordered my bathroom trim - to the tune of $4500 in plenty of time, understanding that plumbing it one of the first parts needed. They didn't let me know until the day shipping was to occur that they had NONE of the items in and they were backlogged for another month. Changed finishes becasue they said that could all ship within a week - I am writing this review 2 1/2 weeks later and nothing is on a truck headed my way yet! They will not let you speak to management no matter what! The $1000 I save over a brick/mortar vendor is more than lost in time checking on this order, changes, and real $$ I will have to pay my contractor to come back due to delays. I see I am not alone in this boat - wish I had cancelled when they screwed up the first time. The only shining star has been one customer service rep -Sean - he at least seems like he is trying to help
I had truly horrible experience with this company. After receiving a defective product, I reported the issue immediately and was asked to sent a picture of the product. Despite the fact that I sent many pictures of the defective merchandise as well as its original packing box, all DecorPlanet offered me is 50% off of a replacement. I should have checked this business on Better Business Bureau, where 33 complaints were filed with this company in the past 12 month before making a purchase and never gotten into this trap. This was our 4th time purchasing products from this store. I will say that what sets it apart is its staff. Igor was amazing. Kind, sincere, patient and professional. There was a problem with our shipment and he immediately resolved it. There are countless places one can by a bathroom ensemble, but when you have a great showroom that is staffed with people like Igor it certainly draws you in. Kudos to decor planet on hiring great staff.
I've called and chatted with customer service now 3 times to no avail. I asked for a manager to call me to see why it is sitting at "packing" for 3 weeks. No one has ever called me.
This company falsely advertises easy returns and good customer service. I purchased shower doors from them at nearly $700. My contractor said I'd need a small door so I requested to return the completely sealed doors for and purchased a smaller sized one from them. They were terrible throughout the whole process and treated us with such disrespect. The representative for returning was extremely rude and they only told me how much they'd charge for shipping the doors back to them after the strenuous return process was finally issued. They charged me a crazy shipping fee and a restocking fee despite the doors being sealed and unused AND me purchasing a replacement door from them. I will never deal with them again. I advise all customers to stay away and go with a reputable company that's honest and care about customer service. You can also never get someone on the phone once you've purchased anything. Once they have your money, good luck trying to get help with anything!
I recently purchased from Decor Planet and was so impressed I felt compelled to write a review. Their customer service and response was exceptional. Got a service representative right away. Had a damage issue and they took care of it with no hassle and kept me in the loop as to the status. Price was best comparatively, and the ability to talk with someone without being on continuous hold makes Decor Planet stand well above their competitors. I am a designer, and purchase a lot of home goods, so I know about shopping on line for products.
Buyer beware if you have an upcoming project. The only reason I purchased from planet Depot is because the website had multiple pieces of everything I needed in stock. Come to find out, they had nothing. Esmated date was about 10 days out, got an update they pushed it out again, third update and pushed it out again. When my faucet arrived it was damaged, customer service assured me they would expedite another faucet and I have been waiting for over two weeks and yep, another delay. Customer service said they contacted the factory and replacement will be expedited and shipped direct, well guess what the date has been pushed out twice and I'm still waiting. I have requested to speak with mgmt and have been told twice mgmt will call with in 24 hour's and I have yet to hear from mgmt. So if you have a big project coming up you might want to reconsider unless you have several weeks or months to spare!
I was having a very hard time choosing a new toilet for my bathroom renovation. For days I researched Toto toilets and after feeling overwhelmed I chatted on line with Alex and then spoke to Alex directly at Decor Planet. He greatly simplified things for me and was able to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. He even offered me some additional tricks regarding the installation. I am so grateful for his he! P and wish I would have reached out to him sooner.
I selected decorplanet.com for a plumbing part because their website stated the item was in stock and would be shipped within two days. Turns out decor planet sent the order to the manufacturer and it will take TWO MONTHS before my part (which has already been charged to my credit card) is shipped, making our new shower out of commission for two months (until the part arrives). I wish they had been honest about the delivery date up front. Very disappointing. Based on this experience, I won't be a repeat customer.
