Their prices are fantastic! Customer service department was extremely responsive and assisted me with replacing a part that was damaged during installation.
I rated one star, because I can't given none, worst costumer service, beware with this store, do not buy anything from this company, you will regret. I had a very bad experience returning a item that I bought and they sent it a months later when was no longer needed.
I don't have my item yet, as it's back-ordered, but both of the guys I've worked with at DecorPlanet have been really great and helpful. Joseph (Joe) DeBonis went out of his way to answer a bunch of questions for me, and also offered to help further with design stuff if needed. Will review again if any problem with product, but i'm sure it will be great. (i ordered a Robern mirrored medicine cabinet.)
As I am remodeling a few of our bathrooms, I am searching for quality items and good prices. I found several bathroom fixtures that I would have liked to have bought from DecorPlanet, but I found them listed cheaper on other sites. DecorPlanet boasts a 110% price match guarantee, simply email them the URL of the competitor item and price and they will match and take another 10% off! Sounds great, yes?

I emailed them several times with price match requests and have never received a reply. I truly dislike wasting my time.
It finally clicked in my head that a couple of years ago, I had actually called them to price match an item I wanted to purchase and they refused.
I will not be shopping with this company, nor will I recommend them.
I recently renovated my bathroom in south Florida fell in love with Fresca found it the cheapest at decor planet. After installation I had a leaky faucet I called Fresca no help, but decor planet helped me trouble shoot & sent me a new screw& it's fixed! Thanks again Yamime

They absolutely lied in what they are stating. The item I received did have the finish of SANITIZED CHROME as the manufacturer, Gedy, described on their website. DécorPlanet's description on their website when I ordered it from them in 2015 was Brushed Nickel. So when DecorPlanet checked with the manufacturer the manufacturer would have told them I received the correct finish as they knew it. The problem was I ordered what DecorPlanet described on their website as BRUSHED NICKEL and did not want the Chrome they were trying to pass off as Brushed Nickel. The DecorPlanet Rep, also lied when she said I received a refund from them. I never received any refund from DecorPlanet but was reimbursed by my Credit Card Company.

I placed an order for Nameeks Gedy Soap Dispenser/Product # NA80-380 and a Nameeks Gedy Toothbrush Holder/ Product # NA98-38 with DecorPlanet.com. I wanted to match my brushed nickel faucets and DecorPlanet described the items on their website as being brushed nickel. When received they did not match the brushed nickel facets at all and the soap dispenser had a very slight damage.
I contacted DecorPlanet's customer service and they advised that they were brushed nickel. I explained to customer service rep that they match my stainless steel kitchen pots and they are not the color of brushed nickel.
The items are Gedy products and with further research I found the Gedy website. The items had the same product numbers on the Gedy website and were described as SATINIZED CHROME. Nickel finishes are slightly darker in color giving them a warmer appearance. Satinize chrome is too white.
They provided a FedEx prepaid shipping label and upon receipt of the return they would deduct a restocking fee and the fee for the return shipping label and I would receive a portion of my $52.00 credited back within five business days. I explained the information I found on the Gedy website and should receive all of my money back but they refused to refund the full amount.
I contacted my credit card company and after I told them what had happened they explained that I could enter a dispute, as the items that DecorPlanet provides were not received as they described. They explained that I first had to return the merchandise before I could enter the dispute for a full refund of my $52.00.
Well it is now nine business days since they received my return confirmed by FedEx Tracking and I haven't received any portion of my money credited back to my credit card. I contacted my credit card company again and they credited the full amount back to my account.
Do not buy from their website as they misrepresent the products.
I have dealt with Alie and Latoya at the Brooklyn location. They took all the stress out of the bathroom renovation and made it very enjoyable. They are a true asset to the decor planet company and I would highly recommend using them for your next project. I will definitely be going back for my next project. Even if you just go into this store to browse around you will not be disappointed with the high-end product and the attentive level of service. They went above and beyond to accommodate my projects needs.

I had the decor planet vanity installed and a year later, the finishing has buckled. Initially when I wrote a negative review, customer service immediately responded and replaced the vanity at no cost! I was very surprised and so appreciative of their gesture as their products are expensive. Thank you very much Decor Planet and Yemina James, who was so wonderful at fixing the issue.

This is an update to my recent order and review. I originally gave decor planet and one star due to it's poor customer service and long lead time for a simple sink grid. Since my first review, customer service worked hard to correct my damaged grid issue once I finally received it. She was very professional and didn't hesitate to resend new grids due to damaged merchandise. I finally have a sink grid but the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five was because I originally wanted a white grid to match my sink but had to eventually go for stainless since the white grid came damaged twice. Didn't want to purchase an item that didn't indicate it would last any length of time. Overall, decor planet did work to make my order right and I appreciate that.
I received marble that I ordered and it was in different shades of blue some dark some almost white creating a checkerboard pattern and looked terrible. Many of the boxes had chipped tiles they claim it could have been done by my contractor. Ok what can I Say to that but there is still the inconsistencies. After numerous phone calls to John the manager I was told they felt it was acceptable and he would put it in his home. I offered to give them the tiles to put in his showroom if it was acceptable he declined Happy to show pictures. To me they are double talkers they go on and on until you want to shoot yourself in the head. I can go to small claims court or I can write every site I can find to beg you to move on. Please there are so many tile places downtown just pass even if they get you with the price. Remember you get what you pay for. PS I went to ideal tiles got what I expected to get in one day
My order arrived incomplete and not as pictured on the website. I contacted Mesha Edwards and the problem was quickly solved. We recently renovated our bathrooms and made our purchase through decorplanet, exceptional pricing and great service! Our sales specialist James Boyle was a tremendous help... highly recommend.
We are in the process of converting our house from 1.5 to 2 bathrooms. We worked with Vladimir at the Staten Island location earlier this year to purchase products for phase one of our project. He was very knowledgable about the various products we were looking into and helpful when we made our purchase. The vanity, toilet, shower head and tub shield we bought helped make our guest bathroom look very sleek, like something you would see at a hotel. That's one thing we especially love about Decor Planet - the variety of modern/contemporary bath products is simply amazing. Unfortunately, we did experience some issues with customer service when arranging for pick-up/delivery of our products. However, we got those issues ironed out quickly and efficiently. The "hiccups" we experienced can happen anywhere, and our opinion on DecorPlanet has not wavered. We soon beginning phase 2 of our bathroom renovation, and recently paid another visit to the Staten Island showroom to help solidify our design ideas. We are looking forward to working with James on our second round of product purchases and are very hopeful that we will have a smoother customer service experience this time around. I live in Austin, Texas and recently used Decoplanet to remodel our main bathroom. The service was fantastic and the products are exactly what we were looking for! My fiancé and I just bought our first house and are remodeling our second bathroom in a few months and will definitely be using them again. Make sure to ask for James Boylin, he was very knowledgeable about all of the products and helped guide us in the right direction as to what would not only look good but be the most functional setup for our bathroom.

We ordered two vanities and received the BEST customer service from Latoya! Received a faucet that leaked - promptly they shipped us out a replacement. Latoya called me back to tell me our second vanity continued to be on back-order and provided me with a realistic ship date and alternatives so that we could continue with our renovations! So happy and WILL purchase our hardware and accessories here.
Their Items are made cheap material. I ordered a very expensive tub- it was damaged twice in the shipping process. The tub came to my house the second time around and it was damaged when i called my sales rep, he had no interest in dealing with the problem and did not want to refund me. Furthermore, their customer service do not help- they do not return any calls ever. When you walk into the store they are all nice to you once you give them your credit card they become total ah!
