I was so impressed by the staff that reached out to me 3 times to get my measurements right. The first time, they caught an error in my measuring that I missed. Good for them! When we finally knew we had all the correct measurements for a cover for my outdoor sofa, it arrived and it was huge! Like 4+ inches bigger in both directions! We were so surprised! It will work fine (better than being too small) but it blows in the wind which we wanted to avoid. Big deal? Not really, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Is it sturdy like the other 2 I have (and love)? Only time will tell...

The covers are great! This is my second time ordering from them. I ordered 3 cushions with covers for my outdoor set and a TV cover. They are easy to clean especially if you have pups who love to get up on them. They are very well made and also reasonably priced. Customer service is wonderful.

Was about to drop a lot of money on covers that would have been close but decided to do a last minute search on Google. The prices were fair and I am so pleased with the covers!

I needed to recover the cushions on my outdoor furniture. I know how to sew but had never made a box cushion with zippers before so it was kinda intimidating. Plus outdoor fabric is pretty expensive at the local fabric store. I found Covers&all online, and they were able to make the cushion covers for me quickly and inexpensively. The one thing I recommend is to measure very carefully, then measure again, and confirm this information with Covers &all when they ask you to review the order.

I ordered this rectangular pool cover on the company's website while also speaking with a representative. The ordering process was straight forward. Subsequent communications with customer service enabled me to clarify hardware issues required for the installation of the cover. Overall, the service has been outstanding.

Very happy with our new cushion covers! Exactly what we needed and exactly as we ordered. Great product and wonderful customer communication throughout the process. Love the two sided zipper option which made putting the covers on the cushions SO much easier. Very pleased.

Easy to order, color very true to color chart, sunlight makes the shade glow. Easy to put up, light weight, more grommets than I expected. Arrived earlier than promised with a short manufacturing time. Small compact shipping bag so little to dispose of. Nicely finished edging and corners. Overall pleased with the product.

I bought 2 covers about a year ago and a seem on 1 cover ripped due to weather issues which I would say is a manufactured defect because I placed my cover over the item and never touched it again. The website states that these covers are weather resistant so what happened? I contacted covers and all and was given 40% discount on buying another one. Not bad and yes I like how they can modify any cover size. Not happy with paying again though. Whatever

The custom design process is excellent. I had inadvertently switched two dimensions. The first design showed me that I had made a mistake. A redesign was made with a request to verify other dimensions.
A final design was sent for my approval before production began. Prevents errors in custom projects. The design people are thorough and respond promptly.

I've ordered from Covers & All before and have always been happy with their products. This time I was purchasing a large vinyl curtain for our pergola. I needed to make a change and luckily caught it in time. Customer service was very helpful and efficient in resolving my issue. Product is sturdy and aesthetically pleasing. Pricing is a little high, but overall good value for the money paid.

I ordered a custom sized cover for a rolling file. The online process was so simple… I just enter the desired dimensions, and two weeks later I received a very well made cover that fits perfectly. This was actually my second order from Covers & All… I purchased covers for my patio furniture about 10 years ago, and those covers are still holding up very well. I highly recommend Covers & All!

The long wait time and multiple design questions were a little annoying, but the end result made it very worth while. I received a product that went far beyond what I was expecting. The designers took great care in ensuring I received exactly what I ordered.

I was a little hesitant to order since I was not sure of the quality, but Covers & All delivered high quality cushion covers that are sewn beautifully and seem like they will last for many years. Ordering online was easy and the covers could be customized to exactly what I needed (piping, with zipper and ties on bottom cushion). After I placed my order, I was notified very quickly that my covers were in production. Although shipped from abroad, the delivery time was very quick. I was very pleased and would order from this company again.

They contacted me several times to make sure my measurements were exact for my rear seat covers. When I got it I could not believe how great the product was and how well it fit. The seat cushion covers were also great! I was so happy I ordered a front dog seat cover. Oh---and the prices are unbelievable. I would expect to pay close to $200 for a custom rear seat cover and I paid about $35!

I needed a weatherproof cover for my gas fire pit. I found Covers & All, and it was such an easy process to order a custom cover that met my exact dimensions. The cover is high quality and has already protected my fire pit during some severe rain and wind storms. On top of that it was less expensive than many of the "one size fits all" covers that are out there. Thank you!
