When I was shopping for a fire pit cover, I was having trouble finding the right size. I didn't think that I could afford a custom cover until I entered my specs at Covers & All and was provided an affordable quote. When my fire pit cover came, I was amazed by the weight, quality, and workmanship. Now, I am kicking myself for having purchased cheap covers for our chairs! Great quality and value. The fabric is water resistant and there is a good variety of colors from which to choose. The turn around time from order to delivery is great. I have recommended this company to friends and family.

The cover is a rugged rubber type material. Their website states they add an additional 1" to 2" to your measurements, but it is more like 6" to 8" which is way too big. It makes the cover look sloppy. It makes me think they already had a cover made and instead of making g a custom cover, decided to send me the already made cover. If you order don't do the extra fabric. I'm sure most people like myself figure, at least it fits and don't return it.

Your staff did a great job helping me design a cover to fit the blue pottery fountain. They asked several pertinent questions that ensured a good fit for my use. The cover is easy to get on and off. The fountain maintenance tech was very complimentary of the cover when he arrived to perform the routine winter service this week.

We purchased a beach home that came with existing wicker furniture inside a screened porch. We liked the furniture but the existing cushions and covers were and old and stained. We did a lot of research and Covers and All offered the best price for custom made cushions. We decided to replace the seat cushions (both the covers and foam inserts) and just the fabric covers for the back cushions (we kept the existing foam inserts). We are very happy with our new seat cushions and covers. The quality is excellent - both the fabric and the workmanship/construction of the items. I would highly recommend this company to create your custom cushions.

My experience was very professional. The designer worked diligently to meet my specifications and prepared four mockups with revisions until the final design was approved. Once the final design was agreed upon, the cover was quickly fabricated and shipped.

The order was in design 2 months, I kept receiving mock ups with incorrect dimensions and design details.
When I finally received the cover it's dimensions were not as in the approved mock up and the design was wrong
I have no trust it will be remade correctly.

For claim email on feedback@coversandall.com with some pictures of the product showing defect with description and the team will get back to you with the best possible outcome that could be offered. If there are any errors on our part after the art work has been approved, Covers and All will send a replacement Cover with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We also offer a refund for the total amount. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a refund or reproduced Cover. All returns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery. Refunds will be issued within 7 days if the online ticket is approved and will be processed and credited back to the original form of payment. If refund is claimed after 60 days of receiving payments it will be in the form of store credit.
