I ordered the Multi-Layer Circular Fire Pit Custom Cover and followed the size guide provided on the website. Even after adding extra inches to ensure a proper fit, the cover arrived way too small and doesn't fit the fire pit at all. It's so tight that I can't even get it fully over the sides. What's more frustrating is the experience after contacting customer service. I originally submitted all the requested details and photos to show the sizing issue, but now they're asking for an excessive amount of follow-up—including multiple videos from different angles, measuring both the product and the cover, plus label images, all to be uploaded through a file-sharing service. I understand needing some verification, but this process is over the top and feels like they're making it intentionally difficult to get a refund or replacement. It's too much to ask from a paying customer for a product that was clearly manufactured incorrectly. If you're thinking about ordering a custom cover from here, be aware: The sizing may be off even if you follow their guide.
Customer service is not quick or easy to deal with.
The refund process is burdensome.
I wouldn't order from them again based on this experience.
I ordered a custom outdoor couch cover, entering the measurements and sending photos via the website order form. It was four weeks of back and forth with Covers & All confirming specs, requesting new/additional measurements, more confirmation, etc. With several days between each of our communications. It seemed excessive to me. Once the job moved to production, it shipped within 4 days, and probably delivered a week later. While I was frustrated with their precision, in the end I got a beautifully constructed cover that fits my outdoor couch nicely. I did appreciate how they communicated via email where my job was at all times.

Easy ordering on line of the cover, bud should have asked for material samples first before ordering the cover. I thought it would have been more like a rubber backed canvas.

Make sure you take your time on the order page. It is easy to make a mistake but they usually send an email pretty quick to make sure you get what you need. I've ordered three times and each time was perfect. I'm pretty impressed and they didn't even have to pay me for this review! LOL

The plastic is very clear and fits perfect. First time I've ordered something like this and was not sure but they came through with flying colors.
After our order we were pleased to find out the covers shipped earlier than expected. Unfortunately, the delivery was another story. FedEx first claimed the delivery was out for delivery on 2/21/25, then 2/25/25, and was finally delivered on 3/6/25 after your company and us tried to get updates the entire period. After the covers got here, they fit perfectly on the cushions of our RV dinette. Very pleased with the fit and quality. THANKS

The corner pull drawstring cords are fixed approximately 75mm into the seam. As they are external boat seat covers and susceptible to wind it would be my opinion that for a more secure fit the drawstring cord should be all the way around.

This is the fifth custom cover I've ordered from Covers and All. Their product looks great, fits great, is incredibly durable, and looks like new years later. The directions they give for taking measurements makes everything easy. Their customer service is also top rate.
