When I received the phone that I ordered, there was a minor cosmetic fault. I called cell2get, they promptly sent me s return label and send me a new one. The customer service is responsive and willing to make things right.

Placed an order with cell2get a few weeks ago and everything went fine until my package was lost. I ordered the s8 and thought i was about to be out a few hundred dollars, gave them a call to see what they could do. Turns out with phones over $200 they insure the package. After everything was sorted out with the post office they shipped me over a new phone. Great service i will 100% use them again
The best place that i can think of buying a phone is from here! The prices they have online are fair and cheaper than most retail stores out there, and the shipping is on time with a fair price for expedited shipping. Overall im very happy with cell2get and i will be buying more phones from them in the future.
We are very happy with the product and price, however we feel you are taking advantage of us on the shipping costs - this is quite obvious, so in the future we will be forced to shop around. And top of that shipping is very slow it took 10 days to deliver my phone but at-least the phone was as expected
I paid for 2 day shipping and it's been 1 week still no phone! I feel ripped off because I purchased a very old phone at almost $200 with $20 2 day shipping I will never buy here again! When I finally received my order is was the wrong order! Wrong phone completely! I am so dissatisfied with this website

Ordered a cheap refurbished phone as a replacement till my next upgrade and am pleasantly surprised with the condition the phone arrived. The phone looked brand spanking new and the battery lasts me so much longer then my old phone did. The package came in 3 days and was well protected. Would use them again!
I just bought 2 new phones and I had such a great experience with melvin he spent so much time with me. Melvin was actually getting off work when I come in and he was helpful and patient not like my previous experiences. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends! Great customer service!
After selecting and paying for overnight delivery, my phone arrived about two weeks later. When i notified the company on a Thursday, i had not received the phone, i still has to wait till the next Wed till my phone arrived. In addition, the package ended up being delivered to my billing address, as opposed to my Delivery address. They did send me the phone i requested... if you are in a jam, don't expect speedy service.
The superb experience i've had buying a brand new phone. Dan was literally the honest and helpful representative when I called. The atmosphere became warm and i definitely truely loved the staff. Dan made a outstanding service and buying a phone in reality fun! I can not recommend this shop and group of workers enough! And purchasing online is easy as 123.
Nice customer service, fast shipping, good selection, anything else you want from an unlocked cell phones store? I don't think so. Unlocked cell phones are something you only find online, and you have to be careful at which stores you shop at. Some of these places are the kinds of places which will screw you out of your money! So watch out. Trust cell2get though, I did and look at the great deal I got!
I've purchased 2 unlocked phones from cell2get in the past couple of years. Melvin and his crew at cell2get have nothing short of awesome in customer service, sales, and willingness to work with me if with questions or repairs. Cell2get has gone above and beyond in several occasions in helping me with a manufacture claim dealing a manufacture faulty phone. Hats off to the people at cell2get. I tried to order twice from this company and every time I ordered they cancelled my order saying the phone is out of stock. Why would you sell me a phone that it non existent? Update your web site I can still see the same phone as available that you cancelled on my order. Now, I have to wait a week until my refund goes back to my ATM card. Just wasted my time SHAME!
Bought Kyocera flip which did not work out for me. Went back to the store to have it exchanged. Steve was very courteous and customer service and satisfaction oriented. Even though i was bit over the return dates per cell2get policy, Steve did his best to help me and exchange the item. I can say that he is truly an asset to your company and people like him drive more customers to Cell2Get Thank you

Price was great. Free shipping made it the cheapest reliable option i could find.
It was however unclear to me if I could order the Galaxy 5 Active as the description for the S5 and Active both indicated waterproof.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 early this month and was surprised by how soon they were ready to deliver the Phone. I was a bit skeptical at first about whether to believe I would get a new or 'recertified' cell phone but I did receive a new-in-the-box cell phone along with a full one year warranty. I broke my phone recently and wasn't up for an upgrade for another year. I don't have the extra income to pay full price, so I asked my friends on facebook if they had bought phones from any online retailers that had good deals, and a close friend mentioned Cell2Get.
I was reluctant at first about the whole process, but my friend told me that shipping was fast and that he's had no issues with his new phone.
I went ahead and ordered a Samsung Galaxy Nexus phone, which I got a pretty great deal for The whole process was easier than expected. I placed my order, got confirmation, and just a few days later I had my new phone, which works perfectly. Glad I picked this company! The customer service is great too.
