Cardcookie are nothing but cheaters. I purchased some cards from them and never used them. When I got around to use them after a few months, they had a 0 value. It clearly looks like they recycle the cards. And now they will not refund my money. Please do not purchase from this company.

This site is awesome. As much as their discounts are good their support is even better. I have had a couple of issues with cards and a quick email followed by an ever quicker response and resolution is amazing in a time of delayed assistance. Fantastic group of people working here.

I've bought many gift cards from Card Cookies and never had an issue. Just great deals! When I did have questions I've always received fast responses.

My very first (and last) purchase... a birthday present, somehow "had the incorrect amount on the card?" was the excuse, order cancelled and money taken... now IF I get it back it'll be 15 days!

This is the only website I trust buying giftcards. I have always had positive experiences buying giftcards and I recently bought one that encountered an issue - within 15 minutes I received a response and help in correcting my order. Customer service (Tom) was friendly and super quick in his responses which was so appreciated!

I have been using Cardcookie since 2018 and used to buy several gift cards occasionally. Cardcookie never disappointed me in any of my purchase. The customer support experience was also AWESOME. For instance, I realized that one of the gift cards is having $0 instead of $50 after 10 days, as I didn't get chance to apply that in my account. Cardcookie support team was able to send the replacement card immediately as soon as I sent the email. I definitely recommend this website and will continue to purchase...

My Business couldn't survive without Card Cookie. I can't believe the discounts they provide - nobody else in the industry even comes close!

I rarely had issues with them before December 2021. However all the recent purchases got cancelled. At first they would say the balance of the card can not be verified but now they just say they can not verify my payment which absolutely make no sense because every time they charge my card successfully.
The cards that I tried to purchase are for Apple, Costco, and target.
Why do they prescreen the cards before listing them?

I bought 2 gift cards from this scam site. They sent an email saying the amounts were wrong after waiting 5 days and the order would be cancelled. I received no refund and had to file a fraud case with my financial institution to finally get my money back. Avoid at all costs.

Good discounts and great service. I have never had any unresolved issues. I have been buying from them for several years now.

I have purchased discount gift cards several times and always been happy with the promptness of delivery. On the few occasions I have had a problem, their customer service team has been swift and friendly. I will definitely continue to use Card Cookie.

Their verification process is draconian - nobody wants fraud but asking people to send a copy of their passport or state issued ID for purchasing gift cards is ridiculous. With all the data breaches you are just asking for your data to be stolen and who the heck knows what they do with your data, how many servers it will be stored on and for how long. I would recommend using another service.
Follow up – despite asking for my order to be canceled they processed my order anyway meaning they didn't respect my written request to have my order canceled.
And just for the record it does look like CardCookie took the time to read and respond to my email request about canceling my order - then despite my request they processed my order 2 hours later anyway.
If you cant trust a company to respect your wishes how can you ever trust them with your data. – Avoid CardCookie like it's the plague.
My credit card company is now involved. As I asked card cookie to cancel my order – as I was able to get my gift cards from another vendor already with much less hassle and no crazy verification requirements. Now i have to understand why card cookie failed to respect my request to cancel my order and also trust them (if thats possible at this point) to purge the data they collected and give me a refund. Next need to contact "Stripe" their payment processing company and do the same. Like I said best to avoid this place - save yourself a lot of hassle.
Now I got to reach out to Stripe and ask them to purge all my data –im sure this is going to take lot of work on my end sadly – again save yourself a lot of hassle and dont use CardCookie.

I reached out to Stripe to exercise all my rights under the CCPA (have them purge my data). I also filed a dispute with my credit card company as well as requested new cards be issued.

In the past, the gift cards would come within a few minutes, but now it takes sometimes overnight/half a day. Not sure why it takes long now to get the gift cards

When I first purchased giftcards from this site, it asked me to verify and I was skeptical to submit my ID. I sent an email and Tom replied within 15 minutes telling me I can verify a different way. Once I was verified, the giftcards were approved within minutes. My giftcards work as expected as well.

I have been using CardCookie for some time. As far as I remember, never got a problem. Few times got an issue with card money, i reply them with problem. They have resolved the issue promptly even on weekends also. I appreciate their work

I buy cards on this site ALL the time. Never had a problem. The one time the card appeared to have been used, they immediately sent me a new one. And this only happened once out of hundreds of purchases. Buy with 100% confidence!
