Can buy many different discount cards from Cookie for firms or any other occasion. Fast delivery and service was good, clear any issues.

I have been using CardCookie for years, primarily for Starbucks. Rare that I have any issues with a card not working. If that does happen, Customer Service is quick to respond and replaces the card. I'll keep using CardCookie for a long time:-)

I have been a super fan of them for many year! Good service, great rate, 5 stars! Always being my first choice!

I ordered gift cards from cardcookie and was charged for my order and an additional unauthorized $90.05. I attempted to contact their customer service department for 5 days with no response or acknowledgment.

Ultimately I filed a claim with my bank in an attempt to get my money back. Either cardcookie is a complete scam, or someone is asleep at the wheel. In either case, it is terrible for the consumer.

I have been purchasing gift cards from Cardcookie for close to 5 years (hundreds of cards) and they absolutely take care of business. The very few times I have had an issue ( 2 or 3 times max) they are faster than Superman in correcting any issue. They are Top Ten in my book...

A legitimate company. Can order excessive gift cards without issues and if anything goes wrong the company will resolve the issue ASAP. A pleasure to do business with.

No concerns or complaints from me. I am a satisfied customer. I get good deals on giftcards. And when a giftcard didn't allow me to add it to my account/did not work correctly, I contact customer support and they get back to me very quickly and send a replacement card.

Been using cardcookie exclusively for 2 years now after trying all the others. I have found cardcookie to be the most reliable gift card dealer, always reasonable discounts and never any games (like funds missing or card expired, as i've experienced with others). Other dealers may offer higher discounts but their cards are sometimes scammy, and warranty is only 30 days, not 100 like cardcookie. I totally and only trust cardcookie.

I have never reviewed a company on a single purchase and this is no exception. I have purchased from Cardcookie many times. It's quite simply a great deal (discount). I had a small issue on my last purchase which was immediately resolved. The site was simply amazing in their response time - that alone deserves Kudos from me. I have to admit that I am not that fast even at my own job. Thanks again.

I have been making a lot of purchases with Card Cookie for the past 3 months. Every once in a while I have a problem with a card I purchase and customer service has always fixed the problem immediately whether it's during the work week or on a weekend. Their customer service is the best!

Whenever I need to shop something, this is my first visit for finding a great deal! Great communication with support team when there is an issue.

We have ordered almost 100 gift cards over the past 5 years. Orders are delivered quickly via email. On the rare occasion the gift card's actual balance was not the same as the advertised amount, I sent an email to Card Cookie's support and they were quick to review and replace the gift card since it was well within their 100 day guarantee window.

Our latest order for 6 gift cards had 1 with a $0.00 balance. Within 24 hours of notifying Card Cookie I received a replacement gift card.

CardCookie.com is the best of the worst from the group of sellers I've used for purchasing GCs. Problems that have occurred: no email notification that GCs are available, GCs aren't available anytime after purchase, GC delivery takes more than time promised, GCs short money, and GCs not accepted at retailer. CS did resolve my issues once I was able to reach them. There are just 2 online CSRs (no calls) and they won't escalate problems up the chain. Frustrating that they work on EST even tho their address is in Portland, Oregon. I wouldn't be surprised if they were renting an address.

Have bought cards for a year but it is a real hassle. To save a few dollars you loose a lot of time and peace. Their verification process is increasing ridiculous and support non-existent. Most recent problem is 800. In HD cards and being locked out of my account for a week. Nine emails I've sent them and I receive, "So sorry to hear that..." Try logging out and back in. The problem is they locked me out because their computer system was fouled and all I get is an error message saying contact support. I contact support and they say, "so sorry to hear that"'
Now they have created a problem with their smug, cavalier, unresponsive attitude. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and for the first time in my life I am seriously considering suing someone because they are in no way, shape, or form straight forward people to deal with.

I've bought over 100 card Cookie and in the rare times that there was an issue with the card they have always been fast to respond and replaced the card no questions asked. Why pay full price for Starbucks or even the Four Seasons Hotel?
