I had a problem with a gift card not having any money on it. I contacted card cookie and within 24 hours there was another card in my inbox. The card even had a little bit more money on it than the original one. This is the fastest service I have ever received from any gift card company. I really appreciate it.

Every time I purchase from CardCookie, I have a great experience. I especially like the ability to save cash money at places I already am planning on making a purchase from. Savings are awesome, and the overall process in intuitive and easy to use.

I'm using from past 2 years. This is best gift card website among all. Customer service is awesome quick and prompt response.

They canceled my order three times due to their inability to accept my credit cards through their card processor, Stripe. Worse yet, their faulty and burdensome customer "verification" process requires undue amounts of personal information to be submitted, including pictures of drivers's licenses. The order process is the worse one I have ever had via online purchasing and due to the amount of personal information they require, I'm suspicious of the company.

I found out on a weekend that the Walmart card I had purchased. I reached out to customer service on Saturday and by Sunday morning that had provided me with a new one - no hassle at all.

I was hesitant at first but glad I tried the first order because now I always check their site before any big shopping trips! Card Cookie has been really great since I began to use them a few months ago after being recommended to them by a friend. Orders are fulfilled pretty quickly when purchased during their business hours. I recently received a gift card with no value and support was able to provide me a replacement card with the same value within an hour of being notified. I'll continue to use them as my primary website to purchase gift cards at a discount.

Ive purchased many giftcards from Card Cookie and of 10+ transactions, only 1 giftcard was below what I payed, but a quick responding customer service rep replaced it! No problem! Will continue to use :)

This company cancelled 3 valid orders giving multiple excuses and requested identification and a photograph using the company Stripe. Now these bad actors have a valid credit card number and identification and are one step from prosecution if I discover any identity theft or credit abuse. Stay far away from this company!

Card I bought didn't work. Emailed on a saturday afternoon and they responded in literally 4 minutes with a new card that did. Great company.

I bought a $100 giftacrd for cinemark yesterday at a 5% discount thinking I got a steal. Really I was being robbed. I received the giftcard the following day after having to go through some obnoxious and invasive security screening measures (picture of ID & picture of self submitted). Once I tried to use the card, I immedietely realized that the card was already used, per the message, "this card is already assigned to another email." I contacted them right away and they were quick to respond and send me another card. This one had the same issue :/ I contacted them again to report the same issue and was simply told that those are the only cards they have and that my order was refunded and I should expect my funds to return within 5-10 days. Basically, I let them borrow my $95 for no reason. So if you like gambling, with no winnings and extra headaches, this is your go-to site. Otherwise, stick to the mainstream sites, which actually have VERIFIED gift cards.

I had excess gift cards, so I decided to sell them to card cookie. They approved my sale and verified the value of the gift cards, then 2 days later told me that some of the cards were invalid and had $0 balance.

I triple checked before selling the cards that they had their full balance. Card cookie verified they had the appropriate balances. Then two days later, suddenly they're rejecting my order and refusing to pay me because 5 of the gift cards had $0 balance. Conveniently, the maximum number of gift cards that retailer will let you use in one transaction is 5, so Card Cookie took my information, spent $125 of my money because they agreed to pay me for it, then refused to pay me and left me with $125 fewer in gift cards.

I have been buying gift cards from them several times and are happy with their services. They responded my email promptly and effectively if any issues occurred. I usually receive the card through email the same day I orders it. Highly recommend this business. From time to time I will check their website for new promotions on my favorite cards. The saving is significant over times.
