Tom in customer support provided fast, friendly, support and resolved my issue. What a great company!

I had a few issues with the card balances that I received. I contacted support to get a replacement and within less than 20 minutes, I received a reply and a replacement card. The customer service is top notch and I always can be assured I'll be taken care of well.

Tom and the support team were prompt and helpful when I told them about a purchased gift card that was already redeemed. They sent me a replacement gift card the next day. This type of customer service was so nice to see!

I attempted to purchase gift cards twice, with two different credit cards, and both times CardCookie required me to send them a scan of my driver's license to complete my order. I use dozens of online sites and this is the only one that asks for me to share sensitive information. Not worth the security risk to save a few dollars - I cancelled the orders and used another gift card site.

They start selling empty gcards. And giving hard time issuing refund. Its not the safest place for gcards.

Purchased quite a lot gift cards from Cardcookie. It refunded or replaced all the bad cards I ordered. Very satisfied.

Been buying gift cards for a few years already. So worth it. I mainly used to buy Starbucks ones because it's like getting a free drink. But I started getting target. With this discount on top of my 5% there's no reason to not buy them! Places you're already going to shop at. Why not save. It's fast. You buy. They email you the numbers and you add them to your wallet online. Highly worth it. I feel bad I havent told enough people haha

I shop at card cookie often to buy discounted gift cards. Their prices, service, and reliability are excellent. There have been a few occasions where I have received gift cards that I had trouble with, particularly Starbucks cards that would not load in the app. Any time this has happened, customer service has stepped right in and sent me a replacement gift card within minutes often times with a greater balance than the card I originally purchased. This is top notch customer service and helps build trust between customers and the Card Cookie service. Great job! I will continue to use Card Cookie for my discounted gift card purchases and recommend that you do too!

This is a really good site. I've used them now for probably around $1000 in gift card purchases over the last six months or so. Hidden gem of the gift card market.
In response to some of the critical / negative reviews and to help people that may be on the fence trying to decide, I will both tell you in advance and give the reasons why the site has the strict requirements (as a buyer) that they do.
If they ask for a copy of your drivers license: Its to verify who you are and match against what you've entered. This is not a site you can enter someone else's information (buy a card for your wife, for example) on, sorry.
If they ask for a utility bill: Its to verify your billing address that your credit card returns with when they tried to process your transaction.
Note that they don't keep either of these on file and they destroy them once you've submitted them by email; I confirmed before I sent mine in. Also, they are professional and nice, so if you have a some kind of unique situation (you are trying to pay with a monkey, I don't know) you can always email their support, which is one of the best and fastest I've seen in email and they'll get back to you. I had a "unique" situation myself, and we were able to work it out.
Once you've been fully verified and the security "kinks" are worked out, you won't get bugged again unless you change your card or information (email, billing address, etc). Its actually super easy after that, like too easy, one click ordering too easy (no buyers remorse allowed haha).
I've had one or two gift cards that were in some way invalid or someone had sold them still linked to another account, and sending a screenshot of the error and the card information and I had a new one quickly sent to me within about 8 hours. Beautiful! I saved 10% off my target purchase on a vacuum that had no discounts anywhere.
Overall - their security protocols are very strict compared to most sites; and they will make many people question why (we're not used to it as consumers / savvy online shoppers) ((its made worse because as security protocols, they can only give you minimal information about what they are requesting and why, otherwise someone would figure out a way around them)). So good job reading the reviews first, you're already doing more homework than most. Try them out, you'll be glad you did. (I am!)

After thee tries to complete a purchase, each ending with a simple
"Unfortunately, we've been having some technical issues with our gift cards, so we had to cancel your order."

Orders fulfilled quickly and when you have an issue, they are quick to resolve. Great customer service.

I have been using card cookie for years. Never see issue. Only one time got issue with the card and then when I contacted them, with in a minute they resolved it. Appreciate card cookie support a lot

Reliable and prompt services. I purchase Home Depot, Lowes, and Walmart gift cards frequently from Cardcookie. Yesterday, I had a bad balance on one of the cards. I emailed the incidence to their support site. The matter was taken care of promptly I am very happy with their quick and professional service. This provides a higher comfort level for customers like me.

There is only 1 way to contact this business and they are very bad at responding. I tried to buy a significant amount of gift card $400 and I thought it was processed (I mean they did charge my bank card). After, there was something about verification which I tried to do but time elapsed and I got a prompt to email the site. My email was not responded to until the next day. They cancelled my order. Again they told me to verify, which didn't work. I emailed them again and waited all day for a response that didn't come. I specified that I wanted to use the card that day but they still didn't get back to me. They are not trying very hard to sell your gift cards people.

I ordered a Starbucks gift card from Card Cookie, but I couldn't add it to my Starbucks account.
Tom from Card Cookie support responded immediately and resolved my issue in amazing fashion.
