I used cardcookies for quite a while now, and for one gift card I bought 2 month back and I plan to use it recently, I found out the balance on the card has emptied. I contact the customer service, and get a replacement within a day. Can't complaint on that.
The only thing I have to say is the card delivery after payment is not consistent... Sometimes I get the card credentials minutes after I paid, other times, well, hours.
I've been using card cookie for a few years and ran into my first issue with a purchased gift card. I reached out this morning within three hours had a response from Dan and a new gift card was issued to replace the one that was defective. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Listen, anybody who has anything bad to say about this company is either a scammer who the company cut off and refuses to deal with, or maybe you're rude and they don't want to deal with a headache. Just treat them the way you want to be treated. I've been buying gift cards in bulk for over three years now from them. I buy from them every day as an e-commerce seller and as of now I've purchased almost 50,000 gift cards from them. THEY ARE 100% LEGIT. Amazing customer service and they always make things right. Don't think you're going to pull a fast one on them though because they aren't idiots and they have great verification methods. They are experts at what they do and they won't allow someone to take advantage of them, as it should be. They have very high security, which some complain about in reviews. However, think about the nature of the business. They sell discount gift cards folks. They have to be cautious and have tight security. Just be patient with them and try to be understanding and they will save you money.
The verification process is ridiculous and seems fishy. I went through the steps and then they told me it didnt go through and they canceled my order.
Card Cookie is very frustrating to use. I tried to buy a gift card and it made me go through 3 verification steps and the final one was very confusing. I was looking on my CC statement for far to long and couldn't find how to finish/verify my order yet I was already charged for my purchase.
I will not be using them again. I wouldn't recommend them.
I am using card cookie regular basis to purchase discount cards, I got an email, which says additional discounts (5%), right after I receive email, I purchased target gift card for $125, some reason I don't get addition (5%) discounts. I have contacted customer services, they responded within 24hrs and given two $10 discount cards free of charge. I am so impressed with Card Cookie discount cards and customer service.
I brought most of my egift card from this site. I receive the egift very quick. The discount is good then other. Returns was easy as indicated on their return policy. Overall service is excellent for me.

I purchased a couple of gift cards that didn't have the funds that they were supposed to have (lower than purchased). When I emailed Support, Sarah responded immediately (within 3 minutes!) and helped resolve the issue. All in all, my issue was resolved in less than 30 minutes! And this was over the weekend.

I cannot say enough good about Card Cookie. I started with them early on and they have always been super fast and responsive. The "other" big used gift card site sometimes let's you languish for up to two days before they send your cards. It is ridiculous. The other thing is if there an issue, I get a response within a few hours... again... comparing with the "other" where it can take up to THREE days! Highly recommend Card Cookie.
Great experience with buying Starbucks gift cards!
After you add a Starbucks gift card to your online account, you have to refresh the balance. When I first added my card, the balance wasn't as expected. I contacted support, and they responded within minutes to tell me this solution. Simply refresh the balance after adding the card, and you will most likely see the correct balance you paid for. Support is quick to solve any issue you may have.
I bought two Starbucks cards of $25 each and when I loaded them into the Starbucks app, both the cards were reflecting $19.50. I sent an email and Next day I got a response from Tom that Starbucks was having issues and I have to refresh the card and magically the balance increased to $25 each on both cards. I would definitely buy again from card cookie
I buy discounted gift cards quite regularly. You may experience a problem with a card every so often. Cardcookie is the absolute best at immediately rectifying any issues. They're my preferred site for discounted cards. I only use other sites when they don't have the card/retailer I'm looking for.
When I checked the amount on the card, it was lower than I bought. Uh oh, I thought. But, an email to them got a fast response that showed me the mistake I had made and all is as it should be. Great product and BETTER support. Thanks.

I bought a Starbucks gift card. It was supposed to be $60, when i uploaded the card the value showed at $45.99. I emailed CardCookies support desk and within minutes I received a response. They told me Starbucks was having a glitch on their side and how to resolve it. I transferred the balance to my regularly used card and when i did, $60 came over (the original amount, not the lesser amount that showed up on Starbucks website). I was also told by CardCookie that if it didnt resolve, they would send over the difference or refund me promptly. I've bought many cards over the years with CardCookie, and I have been completely happy every time.
I love getting my gift cards from CardCookie. The customer service is amazing. If I ever have an issue they respond immediately via email. I would recommend to anyone I know looking to save some money.
They have the best discounts on gift cards. I have been using them for over a year I purchase a gift card through them on average at least once a week. I have had one issue and from the time I sent an email about it to customer service to the time it was corrected was 16 minutes. (Sarah with their customer service department was fantastic!) I have and will continue to recommended them to everyone I know.
