I have always been given the best deal that they could give at the time for my cards. When I receive one that wasn't working the response was immediate.
Sometimes the site runs on the slow side, but when I have a problem service has been excellent in helping and solving the issue. Would recommend

I normally have good luck with Card Cookie but this time is not one of them. On July 2,2020 I purchased some Starbucks gift cards from them. When I went to load them I had a problem with one of them. It stated that "This card has already been added". I did not add it and I have the verification emails from Starbucks showing what cards were added. I have emailed Card Cookie three times and have not received a response to resolve this. I would very much like to keep using them as they have normally been good.
I am updating my review. Card Cookie corrected the error. I appreciate them making this right and am very happy with them.

I've bought gift cards from Card Cookie 6+ times. I check other sites and Card Cookie reliably has the best discounts. I just bought again and had a problem with one card. Dan from Support took care of the issue and replaced the card almost immediately. It's a great company that takes care of its customers.

I've purchased at least 50 cards from card cookie and they never disappoint. The card typically arrive within 2-5 minutes. 2 cards that I received did not have the proper amount and they fixed both of them within hours. They are very responsive to emails and will guide through very quick and easy troubleshooting, if that doesn't work they will replace the card or refund your money. I cannot say enough good things about their service. I will continue to buy cards from them.

I have been buying gift cards from Card Cookie for years. I have always had good experiences with them. Recently, I had a problem with one of the cards I purchased from them. I shot them an email and within a few hours I had a response and they made everything right with the card. These guys are my "go to" guys.

Answer: It happened to me more than once with these guys. Ther quality control sometimes lacks. Well, this is the cost of doing business with them, about 50% of the time you actually get what they promise card-value-wise. Keep trying! It s like playing lottery - exciting!
