Honestly, I cannot possibly imagine how this company is getting good reviews. I have to think at least some portion are fake and or bought. That or they've just plummeted in quality. Here was our experience:
We ordered a canvas print of a photograph we took while on vacation. The first print arrived and it was so dark, you could hardly make out our faces. On top of that, the canvas was stretched poorly and unevenly. The canvas came mounted on thick frame that was supposed to be white on the sides. The white was showing up on the front of the canvas and it was completely uneven. Imagine a Polaroid picture, except the white frame is completely uneven and not square.
There is a "contact us" form on the website and it says that you have to send in pics of the problem if you're requesting a reprint, but when I tried, the form wouldn't send and I had to retype everything - over and over again. Anyway, long story short, I ended up calling in and after a very long time on hold, I finally got someone who said she knew about the website problem and to just email her the pictures I had. Once they saw the print, they agreed that it was too dark and improperly stretched. They offered to resend it printed and stretched correctly. Nice, I thought.

For the second print, the color was now correct, but the canvas was still stretched improperly (same as last time) and this time the canvas was dirty. It's worth noting that each canvas comes completely sealed in plastic wrap. Anyway, all four corners had dirt on them (which showed up extra well on the white that shouldn't have been there). Also, there was a big black smudge in the center of the canvas. Again: pictures, call, email, reprint.

Attempt 3: The canvas was for a third time stretched improperly and again the canvas was dirty. I mean, how is that even possible? At that point, I gave up and asked for a refund and (spoiler alert) I'm probably just going to end up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
All in all, a very poor experience. Whatever they've done well in the past, it seems they're no longer doing it. Try literally anywhere else.

CanvasDiscount sent a replacement set of printed and framed photos that were covered in debris. They were also covered in the same debris. They wanted me to throw them away and they would send me more trash to throw away. I demanded a refund and received it finally. I dont like creating a bunch of trash, but at least it was free trash. Their canvas prints were great, but their picture assembly has no quality control.

I had pictures framed with canvasdiscount and they arrived with black particles all over the picture behind the glass. I've scrubbed the glass clean, which was also dirty, and it's still there. Customer support has not responded to my complaints, so I'm here again to warn you against giving them your business.
Canvasdiscount's products are terrible. The heads are cut off on several photos. Other pictures are misaligned and off center. I sent photos of what I received back to the company for review and they responded that there are no grounds for a complaint. They obviously do not look at what they send out. Buyer beware.

I ordered four pictures on an 8 x 8 that had words on the bottom. This particular print had special meaning as it related to my best friend dying a week ago. I have ordered from them before and never had any problems, but with this picture they left a word out. When I contacted customer service I was told by the production team that it was not their error that it was my error because I chose a small print. However, nobody reached out to me from customer service or production to ask about re-centering the words or up sale me to a bigger print, they just sent me 4 pictures that were completely useless! I did get a discount code to use for my next purchase BUT there is no place to put it in check out. When I contacted customer service about the discount code not being able to be used they said something about cookies. I have ordered from them before and I've never had any issues this whole thing has just been a nightmare and I am left with four useless pictures!

I don't know what it is about these canvas websites but man it's hard to find a good one. Website advertises that it's ready to ship in 24 hours, took them 5 days. They ship it out and it's stuck in "delay: attention needed" for 8 days before it's shipped back to sender. I emailed twice and got the same stock, robotic response, word-for-word each time. I called and they said it's because they can't ship to P. O. Boxes- so do your job and don't allow it on the website or take note of it and contact the customer when it happens. How is that so hard? I won't buy from them again. So sick of going back and forth.

There was a tear on the bubble wrap which made the sticky part of the tape stick to the canvas. And there was huge line across the canvas which is not there on the original painting(spent hours making this painting perfect but can't afford another order now). It's visible enough at normal viewing distance..

This is a horrible company to order a canvas through. I ordered a 20x20 canvas from them. When I got the canvas 2 of the photos were upside down even after checking to make sure. I've complained to them and they blamed the problem on me stating that they just print they don't look at the order. They offered me the opportunity to reorder with terrible step by step instructions and even if you follow these instructions they claim they can't find your order. My suggestion is to go to anyone else but them.

I am very happy with the results of my purchase and will be using Canvas Discount again. I found pictures of my past and wanted to blow them up and hang them on the living room wall. After they came from UPS I put them up and can't stop looking at what a great job. Thanks my sixty fifth birthday is next month and NOW I am happy.
I don't understand how it can take so long for just one canvas to ship out! I placed my order on 05/04/2021 and it is now 05/25/2021 and the carzy thing is that according to the canvasdicount.com website, my order is already in transit but when I look up the tracking number directly thru the UPS website it says only the shipping label has been created! After more than 3 weeks of waiting I emailed them to cancel my order if there is no progress on my order within 3 days and the response I received was as if they didn't even read my email! All they wrote back was this is your tracking number you can check the status of your order on this website! Effin ridiculous! Then I heard a podcast by Allie Mackay (from world famous KROQ) called A cup of tea and a chat with allie and bean talk about having the same problem with this same website and they tried to offer her a free canvas and a discount on future purchases and she said no I will never do business with you again!
I wish I heard that podcast before I made the same mistake... smh find another website, trust me!

3 inch smear of color on the top front corner. Somehow the center of gravity was off because it wouldn't hang evenly so I had to use two screws verse one. Just annoying. Cheap print.

I just received my canvas photos with black edging - they were all placed crooked, one had something spilled on it and had white spots. AWFUL is giving them credit - nothing I would ever hang on my wall I would be embarrassed. Walgrens did better. The black is not a good option it's awful - sometimes the black was on the canvas and sometimes the photo was on the black. If the images were wrong for this application they should have rejected them, not charge me and send junk. Maybe the other choices are better judging on good reviews. I will review again when I find out if they refund my $220.

Yall these canvases were so cheap like SO CHEAP i was like eh i'll get one and if it sucks it sucks, (WITH shipping it was $35 for a 20x24! Walgreens sells these for almost $200) I was looking for a new website cause walgreens has been blowing my orders recently ($#*!ty quality, wait times taking forever, MORE $#*!TY QUALITY) and shutterfly is wayyyy too expensive. I'm a professional photographer so even reading the other good reviews I was like "hm but do they really know what a good canvas is?" Anyways my canvas got here in literally 4 days INCLUDING THE ORDER DAY and it has kicked everything from Walgreen's/shutterfly's $#*!. I'm legit getting all my canvases from here now, I already bought 8 more.

It is very bad. We ordered 143 masks and they don't respond to customer service. The masks were basically a thin piece of fabric that they cut. Very poor quality. Not worth $6. It looks like it was made for ten cents.

I was very impressed with the discount we received and how quickly we received our order. Yes, some of the pictures weren't quite lined up (the white edges sometimes were on the front of the canvas because the pictures wasn't quite folded correctly with the canvas edges), but honestly we knew that was what we were getting. For such a cheap price, you can't be too picky. We wanted quantity for a cheap price for this particular order rather than quality since we wanted a whole bunch of little prints. For a bigger canvas (i. E. the main family photo in the house) we'd probably go with a company that has a little higher quality.
I ordered a few canvases from canvasdiscout.com. Their site is well laid-out and fairly easy to use. The print quality is pretty good (slightly low contrast but you get what you pay for) as long as you provide a high-resolution image. My issue came down to their packaging and shipping.
Upon receiving my items, I noticed some damage (scuffs and warping). The canvases were not packed well in a box that had a good amount of extra space so the canvases were sliding around and causing significant damage. I emailed their customer service, provided images, and within a few days they were able to replace them for me.
Overall, a pretty good experience. This could have been avoided if the canvases were packed properly in the first place.
