I ordered a blanket from Canvas Discount on Dec. 5th 2021, I received an email that production was complete on Dec. 6th. But after that nothing! The package never showed any movement after production even though the website reads GUARANTEE shipment before Christmas. I could not track the package because in small print it reads the carrier doesn't provide shipping but again their website says UPS is the carrier. To top it off when you call you stay on hold after 10 minutes THEY END THE CALL with a message saying submit an email. The only problem with that is the email never goes, when you try to send the complaint you get a blue square and a message that reads Pleade be patient your message is being sent but it never goes. So stay Far far away from these people. They are a scam! They claim American made and the company has a Florida address but they never answer the phone and the voice on the voice-mail is not an American accent. I have no money back and no item

This company is a lie. They do not make their products here. I ordered from them a couple weeks ago and got a guarantee that it would be here before Christmas. Turns out it's in Switzerland right now. It literally says they make their products in America all over their webpage! I don't like being lied to. Before I submitted my order online, I made a phone call to them asking if the picture looked blurry. If it did, I wouldn't submit the order. The guy said it was fine. Received the print and it was so blurry. Took a week before they answered their phones. They requested that I send a picture of the blurry print. I did. I asked them numerous times if I could try to send a different photo but they did not answer my request. Instead they asked me to run a magic marker or a knife through the print and then they would credit me. It was a picture of my husband and myself, so I found it somewhat difficult to do this. I asked them numerous times to please pick up the print. They'd answer with the same reply... destroy the print, with a magic marker or knife. So I finally took a magic marker and drew a big X through it. It was bizarre having to do this. Sent them a picture of destroyed, blurry picture and now waiting for a credit. In my opinion, they may be the least expensive company out there, but their quality and lack of customer service is why I'd never retain their services again.

I just ordered 11 pictures framed in wooden frames. The quality is messy and poor workmanship. Each frame comes together in the corners and 7 of the 11 framed pictures are coming apart at the corners where the frames were not glued together properly. Now I'm going to have to fix them and that's not good. I'm hoping the company can give me an easy fix as I need to hang them in a new furnished rental this month. Also, a reminder to add the back hanger to the order as I forgot. Very disappointed. :(

The delivery ended up taking super long, way longer than I was told, and when I got it the fabrick that is put ontop of the frame was put on wrong. I am posting a picture, but it is terrible quality and I would pick somewhere else.

A warning to all I ordered a 30x40 canvas at 1:30 for $60 at 9:00 the same day I got an email saying 2 day sale it was $30 when I requested a price match because of it being the same day they said sorry and offered me 50% off my next order. I replied the offer was unacceptable and advised them I wished to keep it but wouldn't deal with their lack of understanding, I was then told the only way I could return it and get a refund was to open it slash the canvas send them a photo and then return it all because they wanted to cheat me out of $30 you've been warned

I ordered a cnavas to be delivered to a client Nov 13th. It is now Dec 6th the canvas still has not even been shipped. I messaged them once a couple a weeks ago no response. I messaged them again today so we will see what happens.

Ordered three 48X30 canvas prints with hanging kits. When the prints arrived, not only were they short by a half inch on one side and 3/4 of an inch on the other, they were all beat up because they didn't put any padding around the prints, only a VERY thin layer of plastic that was all torn apart upon arrival.
When I emailed them about the problem, they said they would reprint them and send at no charge. When the reprints showed up, they were also the wrong size and all beat up because again, they did not include any padding. They also tried to tell me the reason for the smaller size was due to humidity shrinking the wood which is complete BS. Even if that was the case, the canvas wouldn't still be tightly wrapped around the wood.
They also forgot the hanging kits.
I seriously don't know how this company has such great ratings. It's very clear that the people working there are completely incompetent and have no clue what they're doing.

After reading some of the bad reviews people had I was really nervous about using this service but I had no reason to worry.The service was amazing! My large canvas came out beautiful. I got it quickly and much cheaper than anybody else was quoting on the internet. I will definitely use them in the future.
I loved how the canvas turned out the quality was amazing but I do have a few concerns. For one, I ordered an hanger set for the canvas but it wasn't on the canvas when I received it and also I wanted my canvas to be stretched at the corners but at the top some of it is white I take that as the photo wasn't large enough but that's neither here nor there. The shipping was wonderful I ordered the canvas on The 16th of October and it came on the 21st I'm so glad that it came on time because I purchased it as a gift for someone.
Wish I could give them no stars! Ordered a print for my mom's celebration of life, ordered the largest size they said would work with the pic I supplied. Came in all blurry and "digital" looking could not use it for the celebration of life. Went to return it for a refund, they basically switched the blame to me said the pic didn't wouldn't work with the size I ordered (then why was it an option?), said that they don't quality inspect them and would not offer me a refund... Only a reprint or 40% off my next order! Well I have no confidence in the quality of the reprint and I wont be ordering from them again! So I guess i'm screwed. But I will keep other from ordering here if I can!

I ordered 4 framed prints and when I received the order 3 of the prints were correct but the fourth print was missing (the largest and most expensive print) and in its place was a framed picture of a random family. I have called their "customer service" number a dozen times, no one has or will ever answer, its not a real number! I have emailed multiple times and they keep responding with the same template response each time, no matter how I answer. I understand mistakes happen but not being able to reach ANYONE to correct it is ridiculous! Don't waste your time or money! Spend the few extra dollars somewhere else to avoid the headache. Hopefully I hear from someone soon!
