Slow Customer Service

I ordered several framed prints from the site. The photos on the site of the product only show a corner of the frame. The next morning, I realized that it may be possible that the backs may not have a flap that allows them to stand. I went to the live-chat and it told me to call. I called and an automated message told me to email them. I emailed them and told them that if their frames don't have the requested backing, I wish to cancel. I started the process way before the item was printed and shipped. Eventually, I got a notification that the items have shipped. Then I got an email from customer service a few days later telling me I can buy separate backings to hang the frames on the wall. That's not even what I was asking them. So now I've got over $100 of framed prints being sent as a Xmas gift that I they stand on the mantel (or apparently even hang on a wall).

Terrible Quality Control

I ordered multiple canvases. Due to the way they packaged them, the larger canvas was stretched and had an indent from the smaller canvas.

After an email, they sent a replacement. Pretty simple. Except the replacement has MULTIPLE issues. It was not stretched and wavy, the "Stretched" print that was supposed to be on the edges was showing on the front, and some of the white canvas paper was even showing on the right edge of the canvas.

The fact that this was a REPLACEMENT, and someone though that the replacement with all the issues is OK to ship, speaks volumes about this company.

And then they want proof I destroyed the absolutely terrible canvas, like I would want to display that. The canvas on the left was the REPLACEMENT they sent me. What an absolute joke. Pay a few extra bucks and STAY AWAY.

SORELY DISAPPOINTED

Printing did not fit canvas. The SMILE GUARANTEE was a 40% off voucher for next order- QUALITY FLEECE BLANKET? I guess thats quality if you like a very very thin piece of a felt like material. CHEAP MERCHANDISE AND NO RECOURSE. DONT FALL FOR IT!'

Not Good!

Ordered (3) canvas prints. All came wrapped loose and with wrinkles and side folds loose and not in the corners. Phone service is a joke! After roughly 20 minutes of being on hold, THEY end the connection with no option to leave a message. I would NOT recommend their "service"... if you want to call it service.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE

I have not even received my orders yet, and if I could get a refund I would, but clearly they won't accomplish that either. This site sold my banking information and have been fraudulently letting other people use my card to make purchases that are over $200! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL and the Miami Police have assigned a detective that will auditing your POS company for this matter. The FTC also has the information and will be looking into the misuse of this company.

Where's my REFUND
November 16, 2020

I ordered 3 canvases, and 1 was missing, the other 2 were defeated. On 9/9 Liz Rogers made a deal to redo the canvases and send the missing one. On 9/28 Glen Rodes emailed me with, he was sending 41.60 to the accounting department and the REFUND would be in 3 to 5 days.
I have sent 2 emails to this company on 11/10 and 11/13. They haven't responded.
SO TODAY, I called *******430 TWICE, customer service and was on hold until they cut you off. No message for you to leave one or anything.
I was going to give a 5 star for their service at once, but the bull I've been through for the REFUND, dropped it to a 1 star.

I have ordered from this company regularly for the last few months, but on my most recent order the prints were horrible and completely blurry. When I contacted them, it took two days for a response. Then another 2 days for their determination that my complaint was invalid. They are awful and to make matters worse, they make you wait days and days to get a different person who gives almost no information on the matter. Basically a form letter response. They never refer to you as a person, they call you Dear Customer. I'm so disappointed that this company operates so poorly. The items I have received in the past were good, but look out if you have a problem, it's going to be one endless nightmare. I'm out $60 bucks and about one and a half weeks of trying to resolve the issue. They are simply horrible and in my opinion, scammy.

To be completely clear its $5.00 blankets sold at Walmart with a print added. I am so disappointed I was really looking forward to this as a gift for my granddaughter. Its not even cut correctly so cheaply made.

First order the frames were nice and thick and very sturdy. Second order a few weeks later much cheaper frame and the corners were not folded nicely and the picture was not trimmed on the back (frame was not as thick so canvas did not fit on the back). Looks much cheaper.

Pixelated Canvas

Sad and disappointing to see my friend's reaction to her gift. One big pixelated canvas of her wedding day. I wasted my money and she doesn't know what to do with it! The company could have easily asked for a higher resolution, instead like robots made the canvas and sent it. But the plus side was the delivery was prompt.
They can do better.

I've anxiously waited 3 weeks for 2 custom face masks to be delivered. Today, I met the mailman at the mailbox, opened my package only to find ONE mask. Not the two I paid for, but one. I'm beyond livid! I chatted with customer service since it's past their listed business hours and the chat agent instructed me to check the bag. Um, excuse me, I videotaped the unpackaging and my eyes and the video can clearly see there's only ONE mask. My receipt and email confirmation both reflect I ordered TWO masks. Refund my money! CANVAS DISCOUNT ARE THIEVES AND CONDUCT SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS CON OF A BUSINESS!

I would rather give it zero stars, wished I read the reviews before I placed my order. I placed an order, looked at the website as its advertised that it has a 24 hour turn around for products to get them printed & shipped out. Well 3 days later and its still in the printing stage. After being disconnected after 10 minutes 8 times, I finally got a hold of a very unhelpful woman who basically told me she cant help me but if I scroll down to the far bottom of the website, in really small letters, I would see their turn around time. I feel that this business is not honest with their customers. I asked if I could speak to a manager or supervisor and was told they they did not have a number and I had to email them, they would get back to me in 3-4 days. So now I am at a stand still, I have no answers, I am out the money I spent and I will not have my item in time. My advice, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I THINK ITS A SCAM!

I have ordered many canvases and the small sizes are the best quality anything larger forget about color and resolution it will lack both the bigger you go. The masks are not worth the money if you think you can have some made to promote your brand and company. The cuts are not all the same and the colors again are so faded I wonder if it's just farmed out to an outside party because nothing will be consitant for resolution, color, and cutting. DO NOT BUY any masks if you want them all to be as colourful as your original image it just won't happen. Would I buy again maybe if I needed a photo of my family made but never again for promotional masks for my brand over 400 for masks and only getting 45 of the ones that where not blurry or the inks bled. It's a waste of budget that can be used on a mask manufacturer that has quality color and resolution. Samples attached the bags are not made by discountcanvas.com they are made by kincustoms wish they made masks

Never, ever again

My company ordered custom logo face masks on 07.20. We were told the order could take up to two weeks to receive. Almost a month later, after numerous e-mails to customer service (there's no readily available phone number to call, you have to e-mail them), we finally received them. They were incorrect. The fabric and color were horrible. Customer service said they would replace the masks free of charge. I donated the incorrect masks.

Again, almost a month went by, and after MORE e-mails to customer service, I was told "our masks didn't mean quality control inspection, so we have to redo them." OK, fine. Another few weeks go by, and we received the masks. STILL WRONG. I couldn't believe.

I immediately contact customer service. They told me if I wanted a refund (because I surely didn't trust them to make the masks correctly after now 3 misprints), I would have to send them pictures of every single mask destroyed individually. When I inquired why I could not donate these masks in the midst of the pandemic, when there is a severe mask shortage, I was told I agreed to the terms and conditions when we purchased from them. The terms and conditions I agreed to were contingent on actually receiving our correct order!

I have never once spoken on the phone from anyone in this company. My issues were never escalated to management, but simply passed to the next customer service representative who responded like a bot... I'm not confident I ever spoke to a real person.

We never received a refund. I refused to destroy the masks and donated them anyways. I will never, ever purchase anything from this horrible company again and will advise our constituents of their "process."

Takes too long

The photo is nice; however, CanvasDiscount did not include the hanger set that was ordered. After several attempts at the on-line bot support and calling the live number and being on hold for 30 minutes, I was unable to reach anyone to ask for the missing hanger set.

If CD cares at all, they will look up my order number USA*******676 and fulfill on the hanger set.
