This was my FIRST time using CanvasDiscount, and the old addage is still true. You get what you pay for. I ordered a small canvas of our high resolution dog photo. What came would have been an OK canvas, but it was SEVERELY DARK almost to the point of needing alot of light to see it. This was not representative of the photo I uploaded. After alerting my disappointment about it to their customer service, they sent me a blanketed email (which clearly tells me this happens often), asking for photos of it. While I thought that was fair, when taking a photo, the Iphone Auto adjusts for lighting and enhances the photo! I would steer clear of this company, ESPECIALLY if you are ordering something larger than my 8x12.
I was excited to have my wedding picture that was taken on the beach printed on a large canvas with canvasdiscount.com, but boy was I disappointed when I received the print. The colors were completely off (my wife and I looked as if we were from another continent), the picture was also much darker and there were weird pattern lines across the whole photo. I will include some pictures alongside the original. Will definitely ask my money back.

Wrote to them a few times -no response-had 3 prints made -large one fell of the hook they sold me and got damaged -the other 2 were washed out -why wouldn't they reach out before printing -poor quality and terrible service
They sent me the wrong order twice. I reached out after the first shipment came and I asked for a replacement. They never responded and sent me the wrong one again. When I reached out a second time asking for a refund as I just ordered the print from another site, they took 2 weeks to respond. They stated they were going to send me another replacement. This was a slow and frustrating experience. I still do not have the print I designed and paid for or a refund. I think after sending the wrong print twice, a refund is warranted.

I have sent numerous emails over the past few weeks to CanvasDiscount, kindly asking them to issue refunds for two separate canvases which were shipped to me, both which arrived damaged with a combination of holes, broken frame, dirty fingerprints on the back, and deep indentation marks. I've provided both order numbers as well as numerous pictures. Though I clearly asked for refunds, I received a message (FINALLY) stating that they would issue *replacements for both. I immediately responded saying I do NOT want replacements; I want REFUNDS. I have yet to receive another response from a single customer service representative to issue my refunds. Replacements have not yet been issued, so I'm pretty certain someone is reading my messages and blatantly ignoring them, to which I've had to file a report with BBB.
I had been looking for somewhere to get canvas prints made for a while but I didn't want to spend $10 per canvas. I also wasn't looking for big prints. I stumbled upon Canvas Discount and went ahead and ordered 25 canvases! I had a little bit of trouble with my cart timing out on me and dumping all of my prints out but finally I managed to complete it fast enough and it went through! I was shocked when I received an email the next day telling me that my order was getting ready to ship! I got my order after about a week after placing it! (The mail is crazy backed up right now!) I am so in love! There is only one canvas that didn't quite get lined up right but other than that, they are perfect! My mom was so jealous after seeing all my new prints so I know she'll be placing an order soon! I have a couple more orders on the way and I am so excited to be able to have such great quality photos to hang on my walls! Thank you Canvas Discount!
I just received my picture and they are not what I expected, I sent six pictures to have done and the heads are cut off, the sides were cut off. I'm not sure what y'all were looking at when you print the picture and I don't understand why I didn't get a phone call or an email explaining the order to me?

They promised by Christmas. In fairness, I didn't expect it by then. I kept tracking package (UPS per them) and as of today, 1/2/2021, it still says that it hasn't been shipped. Even their website says my package has not been received by me.
I received a survey today saying "Since you have received your package, tell us how you like it". I have photos of today's tracking showing that I do not have the package, and will be contacting my CC company to dispute the charge.
Not worth the money I was going to save. Spent way too much time tracking and I still have to go out and buy the birthday present this was for.

The quality of the canvas prints is very nice. However it takes 10 days to complete production and then shipping takes 5 days from Florida to Maine. I would not recommend purchasing the framed prints. These are nicely framed but picture quality is sub par.

I ordered several prints from this company. I was extremely dissatisfied with their work. The frames were cheap, there was marks on the matting, and the quality of the prints were poor. I tried to contact a person to resolve the issue, but had to go through email. I finally got an email back, but they only wanted to send me reprints. I am still continuing to fight this issue. Do NOT use this company.

We ordered a couple canvases from here a few months ago. They seemed fine - nothing outstanding but solid. Then I decided to order a canvas for my mom for Christmas when they were running a free shipping deal. I designed the canvas, went to purchase, selected PayPal as my method of payment, went through the entire process and at the end there was no order confirmation which I found odd. Thinking I did something wrong, I reordered it. Same thing & I was extremely precise that time to ensure I didn't miss anything. No confirmation. So I emailed them explaining the issue. It took a week to get back to me & they were extremely rude & unhelpful. Still desiring the canvas, I requested to order it again through them as I had since figured out there is a glitch in their communication with PayPal so I was going to just pay directly with my credit card. Again it took a week for a response & I was basically accused of lying about my original order attempt. This makes me very sad as I selected this site as they advertise "hand-stretched" "American made" but I cannot utilize a business that treats their customers like this.
