A VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH!

I ordered a wall-hung toilet support frame from them in September. When it arrived I had problems with the plumber and the package did not get opened until 6 weeks later. I did not check the package when it arrived but it looked OK and undamaged. When the plumber opened it he found the frame damaged and parts missing. OK so I should have checked when it arrived, but they have refused to offer any help to replace the missing parts basically shrugging their shoulders and saying 'tough'. So much for goodwill and customer satisfaction.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered a pump from them. I rang them up a couple of days later to find out when it would be delivered, I was told the next day. I took a day off, it did not arrive. I called them up and was told about tracking the delivery on the website. It was then due to be delivered on Friday, between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. It had still not arrived by 5:15, I rang them up and was told the delivery was running late but would arrive that evening. It didnt. I checked the website to discover it had been taken to the wrong address, and refused, so taken back to the depot. Their office was shut until Monday. I rang on Monday, which was too late for a delivery that day, but was told someone would ring me back to confirm that it would be delivered on Tuesday. Of course no call came, so I rang back and was told they had been too busy to ring me back (no doubt dealing with complaints) but it would arrive on Tuesday. Today is Tuesday and it is still in the depot. I have absolutely no confience in this shower of a company, not even to get a refund.

After having a bad run in with an online retailer over a Saniplus I have now been very cautious with who I buy with. I saw that buyaparcel.com was around one of the cheapest for Saniplus', so I called these guys up and after reading the mixed reviews on here, I was a little apprehensive. However they answered the phone quickly, were very polite and reassured me that my Saniplus would arrive with me on the next day. I received the product from them the very next day and even received a time slot via SMS saying within a hours window of when it would be with me by. I'm not sure what some of the people are talking about on here, but I will certainly be buying with them again and I would highly advise people to do the same. Top notch.

I would advise people never to use buyaparcel.com - it's a fraudulent cowboy website. The positive reviews on this site must be from the fraudsters themselves.

I ordered something from them over two months ago, but it never arrived. When I initially contacted them to enquire where my order was, they said the delivery company had lost it. I immediately asked for a refund, but after numerous promises, phone calls, e-mails and letters this has not been forthcoming. Believe me, don't trust them..

I was in desperate need of a Saniflo to replace my existing macerator that had packed up. I got through to a member of staff very quickly and I found them to be extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. They said they could do a next day delivery for me which at first I was sceptical about, but surely enough I received the goods the very next day and has been working fine since. I will definitely be shopping with these guys again, top service.

Having bought, and paid for a pair of "rigger boots" on the 19th December 2009, I did not recieve any parcel or contact until I contacted them on the 4th Jan 2010. They then told me the person that i needed to speak to was unavaliable and they would call me back. Many hours passed and no call, I called again, only to be told they would get back to me in five minutes!... then guess what, No call! By this time their opening hours came to a close, so i called back the next morning. This time the person who i had to speak to wasnt due in for another half hour. Three hours passed, no one had called, so i phoned them back- only to be told the item had been discontinued!
In conclusiuon. I found this company nothing but hassle, their manners over the phone were awful and I would never deal with them again.
