The shed came on time with the delivery firm, and was soon put together in the garden. The instruction book must be followed otherwise you will end up with it not fitting together properly. Well worth the money.

I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of buying a replacement water pump from Buyaparcel. It came within 48 hours of ordering and I was kept informed of the items progress every step of the way. The price was also very competitive.

Very competitive price for goods, and very good service. They arranged for a delivery charge refund and a Saturday delivery at their expense after their carrier failed to honour a next-day delivery. Unfortunately, this 2nd delivery also failed to take place. Third time lucky, once the driver had read the delivery address properly, so 10/10 for Buyaparcel and 5/10 for UK Mail.

This was UK Mail's fault, but we were given dates and times for 4 days in a row, before they actually delivered

I ordered the poinsettia ball from this company, very efficient but unfortunately when it was delivered the box and contents were damaged, I telephoned and they immediately sent a replacement. Well done on your great customer service. Will recommend.

All was good until delivery, I ordered on a Thursday and paid the extra for next day delivery, which did not happen, it eventually arrived between 3 and 4pm the following Monday.
Delivery took much longer than expected, no clear idea who was sending it. The item was in good new condition.
Hi James, thanks for the kind review. On items that fall under our threshold we offer a £2.95 service which is normally 4 days from despatch to you. Its a service provided by UK Mail where they sort then pass to Royal Mail to deliver "the last mile". I see you ordered on the 30th November, we despatched on the 1st December and your local Royal Mail sorting office signed for it on the 4th. So it could be technically classed as a day late. On all items we do offer next day carrier service but obviously when something is less than £10 many people rightly chose the cheapest service which is fair enough. UK Mail should text and/or email depending on information provided during the order, if this did not come through I am sorry. Kind regards, Mike
