We purchased a retractable hose reel as a present for our son, The Internal box packaging was badly damage in fact it was the incorrect box We contacted this company and explained that the packaging was damaged and that the hose reel could potentially be damaged internally, we were asked to return the hose reel but we would have to pay the postage as this was not covered in there returns policy we explained that we should not have to pay. Owing to the weight and size the costs of postage would be very high, we did not return the hose reel as it looked pretty secure. It turned out was damaged internally. DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL!

Just bought an item that turned out to be faulty. Tried to get a replacement, but have been told to return the item, which will then go to the manufacturer to be tested, then a replacement may be sent, or a refund.

No use, when the item is in everyday use and to leave it in place would have meant flooding the house.

Not a customer focused response at all - the only response should have been, "Apologies, we will send a replacement part today, then when you return the faulty item, we will take that up with the manufacturer".

Not a solution, not customer focused and not fit for purpose!

Ordered Ryobi One+ CFA180M Battery Operated Fan 18v & GENUINE Ryobi One+ BPP-1817M 1 x 1.7ah Battery 18 Volt & BC1815SM Charger and asked for next day delivery. I had spent a whole day looking for this item and buyaparcel.com was by far the cheapest. I rang to place my order and spoke to a very helpful person called Sean Hargreaves who explained what would happen and when for example that i would get a text to let me know within the hour when the parcel would arrive. Absolutely everything happened as he had explained to me. I was extremely pleased.

Needed to replace my Matika drill but a new 18v one was expensive locally and stumbled upon the buyaparcel site when looking for a better price. Found they did a newer model with case but less batteries & charger that I didn't need anyway;. Cost came right down to a very competitive price. Rang to confirm stock and staff were excellent and didn't push when I said I was going to order online. Ordered Saturday, received confirmation and progress emails and even parcel tracking. Goods delivered following Wednesday in good order.
Excellent service, good price and fast delivery, just as internet ordering should be.

Needed various tools for work, came accross this site via google, price was right, called and placed my order and ask about tracked delivery via dpd the box, various txt messages later, all arrived after two days. Saved a fortune compared to high street prices. Will be using again soon, because of my savings... you just can not beat them on price and genuine products you would get, at say b&q, less than half the cost
I like dpd delivery due to txt and time (ie between 13.11 and 14.11 Tuesday...

Interesting to read mixed reviews. I ordered a saniplus system over the telephone because I needed next day delivery and the service was spot on. It was so easy to process and as other reviewers have said I received a text saying it had been dispatched and a further text giving me a time slot within an hour. The price was great too. I am now looking to buy a new bathroom suite and have received a quote from them with prices and photos for everything I need. Lets see what happens when I go ahead with the order but so far they have been excellent. Watch this space.
