I ordered a mask with a print on it. The print on all four masks was off center. I was very unhappy with the quality control.

There are many good reviews which is very surprising. All the items I ordered hardly looked like the images shown and very poor quality fabric. I returned all I think 10 items. Customer service was inconsistent and had to return the order at my expense $82. I did receive a PARTIAL refund.
They have the worst service. I bought 4 dresses that took a month to arrived, bad material, you can find the same material for cheap price. If you want to send it back you have to pay it and also they don't effective cancel you purchase. I sent it back and their system still not processing something that I don't have it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THIS PLACE. They have so many serious and good places who cares about their costume, this is not a good one. I sent it the same thing and took me only 2 days to get there. Why? Because we live in the same state... I think they buy everything from China, that's why they don't send it right away, even when I buy in China the service is better and more efficient. I really dislike THIS PLACE SO MUCH THAT I COULD BE HERE FOREVER SAYING HOW BAD IT IS.
I am still waiting for my money and the cancelation of the dresses that I sent it.
I ordered what looked like a few quality masks to go with various outfits. Never received an email. After 3 weeks I had no way of talking to customer service so I filled a dispute with paypal. Only then did I get any sort of confirmation on my order. When they arrived after a month they were not the same masks I had ordered. Flimsy and low quality, not quite the same colors pictured. One of them already broke. I asked for a refund and they offered me $4 back of the 25 I spent. Will not be using them again

Awful company and business. They keep saying they don't have my return even though I have proof with tracking. Never shop here! The items were also cheap china rip offs of what is displayed on their website. Cheap material and colors are all off. DON"T DO IT!
The shirt I got in size XL was small. Fits more like a Medium. The material is cheap. Not good quality at all. I called the # on the website to start the return process... the lady that answered spoke very little english. I didnt understand her and just politely hung up. Honestly I will never wear it
Have received my order but extremely disappointed with the sizing, I am a UK 14/16 but ordered the UK 18/20 (XXL) becuse I know the sizes on your site tend to come up small, the dress was more like a 10/12 and didn't go anywhere near me, how can the sizes be so out. The quality was fine.
I ordered a top and it came in with deodorant stains under each arm. It was so disgusting! This obviously was a prior return that was resold to me. I don't want to go to the post office to return it because of the virus I don't feel it's worth it but I do want to make every one aware of what happened to me.
So I ordered three dresses from them and all three are cheap material and look nothing like the pictures advertised! I was very disappointed that they took 6 weeks to get to me, I asked for a refund and return slip which they denied and made excuses for. Never again! Such bad customer service.

I ordered two face masks - one was ok, a little on the small side, but the other one was literally so tiny it would not fit a small doll. Customer Services was useless and said there was nothing wrong with it. Refused to replace it. Don't order unless you want to be disappointed.

I ordered 2 dresses 1 bathing suit n 2 shirts n 3 romper all the same size using the measurements from there size chart 1 dress was 2 big, 1 was 2 small, the bathing suit was WAY 2 big 2 romper were small 1 fit perfect 1 shirt fit perfect n 1 was WAY 2 small. My wife and i ordered 4 items from this company with the expectation of getting 40% off as per their add we did not get it after paying through Paypal we have received only 1 refund from Paypal we have been trying to get the other refunds from boutique feel not happening we did cancel the order 12 minutes after placing the order they completely ignored our instructions and sent the items anyway now we are going to lose money having to send the items back and insurance costs the quality is cheap and nasty and Chinese they are based in Germany DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMERS
