Placed a 65.00 order over 3 months ago. Never did receive anything! Emailed and messaged the company. They continually give me excuses that don't even make sense. Don't order anything! They steal your money strait up!
This is literally a scam. They sell absolute rubbish so you return it and then refuse to refund claiming you've not returned it. They had the audacity to offer me 25%! Who does that?!? Never ever buy here.
Maggie is a horrible customer service rep. I placed an order almost 3 months ago and it has still not shipped. Then it magically got returned to sender for being "overweight" at customs. Do not order from this company! I keep asking when my order will ship, and they just copy and paste the same response, "your order will ship in 2-3 business days". Then I asked if my order had shipped and their response was "we have not heard from you so we are going to cancel your order". This company is a joke!
I placed an order on April. Today is June 24 and The company is not offering any information. The company provide a tracking number that seems fake or incorrect. No info about the other. I have followed up more than 10 times via ticket since they do not have any other way to contact them. After multiple follow ups, still the company is not providing an answer. Please be aware of my scenario that you avoid the same to you. If you buy from them, the same thing may happen. It is your call.

I placed an order on 5/8/20. I've been waiting over 6 weeks and the only thing I've received is excuses about the port, the shipping dock, etc. I requested a refund and was told it wasn't possible because the items have already been shipped. There's no way to verify this because the tracking number they provided is invalid. Total waste of time and money.

All I ordered was a strapless bra. I tried over and over to contact them - with no response. I then asked Paypal to refund my money which is a standard procedure. Nope! They answered Paypal with a 'Tracking' slip saying it was sent and delivered. I have never asked for a refund ever that wasn't valid and I'm not starting now.
They are just as expected - cheap, scrappy clothing and service! Stay away for sure!

Ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter. That was middle of April. Mailed/billed April 17th. Last update was April 23rd when product was " on its way to JFK". Have contacted boutiquefeel 4 times and Been told"sorry but it should be a couple more days"... still on its way to JFK? 2 months now after they've been paid and still no shoes and only computer responses... Do not purchase from them. They obviously don't respond to customers after the sale is complete.
This website popped up on my Instagram and was an ad for shoes. I loved the shoes and decided right then to buy them. I placed this order on April 22nd. It's now June 6th and it still says "processing". Despite this absolutely ridiculous shipping time, the customer service is awful. I was on a live chat with someone asking where my order was and as soon as she told me it was shipped out, she removed me from the chat. Since then, I've left about 4 or 5 different emails all with the same response: "due to COVID, shipping times are extended." 45 days? I don't think so. Do not order anything from this website unless you're looking to get money taken from you and no help whatsoever to cancel your order.

I ordered 4 face mask and that was well over a month ago. I have contacted them 4 times and tried to call (line is disconnected) I have emailed 5 times now and have not gotten a response. I want a refund I don't want the merchandise since you obviously are not very good at customer service I refuse to spend my money on your website.
Everything I had ordered was true to the size, looked the same and overall very happy. The packaging it comes in as well was clean and well organised.
After being in contact with customer service I wanted to get an update on shipping. Due to covid-19 I expected some wait time, my package has been awaiting packaging and shipment since May 02. I reached out on May 15 and was told to wait three additional business days due to covid-19 to get my order packaged and shipped. Then on the 17th I was bribed to give a positive review with the promise of a credit applied to my account without my issue being resolved or order being packaged. Now on the 21st since it was four business days past when I was asked to wait I have been told if I'm unwilling to wait my order will be cancelled. I do not believe that was good customer service as I want an update and am going off of what I was told by the customer service team. Now when my order comes I will gladly write a positive review but as of now I am extremely disappointed in the way I was addressed when asking for an update. I do not mind waiting as long as I know my order will come in a timely manner as I have face masks which are essential and I spent over $100. I like alot of the products and planned on being a frequent customer. But if service is rude and unprofessional during a simple update, I will not be a repeat customer. I guess only time will tell if I get my order or shop here again or come back for a satisfied review.

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
