One month ago I bought some protective masks from this company out of Japan. My credit card immediately shut down and I was unable to charge because they thought my credit card was compromised. I straightened it out with my credit card company. I have chatted online with a representative and have let 4 messages asking where my masks are.

If I could give a zero I would. I bought three items, two fit ok but one didn't so I asked if I could return it for the next size up. They gave me an address that the USPS said is undeliverable and now no response from anyone. This company also has a sister site chicme.com so buyer beware. They have some nice looking clothing but everything comes from China so you never know what size to order. My wife is a DD and usually wears a Medium so I bought a large dress b/c of her breast and it was still way too small. One item I bought was a medium and it was way too big. It's a crapshoot with no customer support
Ordered lingerie. Not at all as pictured and poor quality. Returns are impossible and not very customer friendly
I ordered lingerie that clearly showed underwire and form fitting (shapely) material. What I received was a limp piece of lace with cheap sewing, no underwire. I laughed and immediately put it back in the bag. When I asked for a refund they said they don't refund for lingerie. TOTAL SCAM. I have begun a resolution process through paypal. I did read reviews but they clearly have people writing false positive reviews. Oh, and they're out of Hong Kong. I should have known better. (first photo is ad, the rest are what I actually received - if you look carefully you will see the sloppy stitching, no underwire, etc)

They took my money for expedited shipping and then held the items because I was honest about not being satisfied with their level of customer service. This company may have a language barrier because it's overseas but in plain English I want my money!

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
