I've tried to unsubscribe from boutiquefeels emails however the option does not work. November 28th, 2020 I tried to contact them via telephone but of course their contact number doesn't work either. I sent them an email asking to be unsubscribed from their mailing list - I got a response saying it will take 2-3 business days. It's been well over 2-3 business days now and I have sent them multiple emails since asking them to remove my email and sometimes they would respond with the same email or not respond at all. They deserve zero stars.
After purchasing, before product has even been shipped, I started receiving anywhere from 2 to 4 emails per day. I contacted support and they indicated that they would remove me from the mailing list. That did not happen after multiple requests. Their unsubscribe button is hidden under the 'Report Abuse' in their emails.
Instead, I created an email rule that any time i got an unwanted email from boutiquefeel.com it was forwarded to their support address. (*******@boutiquefeel.com).
Still not removed from their mailing list, however they have blocked my email from sending THEM so many unwanted emails and they are being returned as 'blocked'.
No idea about the products, but customer service and spam is TERRIBLE!

They will scam you out of your money. I ordered two items, both were not what I ordered at all. Contacted them to return said items. Paid for the shipping to send them back. They received them and I haven't heard anything since. That was almost 2 weeks ago! Their customer service is basically non existent. Cheap product, don't waste your money.

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
