You order items and two months later they are still not shipped; their customer service is pathetic, it must be one person working in their basement and they order the goods after you buy them most likely from China and it takes months and months to get your stuff - the season you bought it for is long over.

I ordered 4 purses from BTR Canada recently. The second purse took time to ship but eventually they all came in and they were beautiful!
I phoned and chatted with their customer service assistants several times. They were nice and friendly but not so helpful for the info that I needed. However I was very satisfied with my purchase and I will order from them again for sure. Their price can't be beat!

I ordered a $120 dress for my daughter, it didn't fit. They said no problem to return. Just pay the $10 shipping and a refund would be made to my credit card.
No refund was given. I paid shipping to return the dress and they said the money would be only a few days. They did confirm they had received the dress. After weeks, then months. No refund and they kept the dress too.

Horrible Quality

I was a long time customer of Beyond the Rack until they changed hands. They used to sell quality merchandise at a reasonable price, I ordered quite frequently and was never disappointed. However, it is apparent that they now sell crappy fast fashion knock off garbage. I gave them a shot when the new owners took over, and have completely wasted my money. They are more expensive and the merchandise quality and return policy is dismal. Used to recommend them, but now I tell folks to stay away.

I could give it a 0 star if there is one, BTR selling counterfeited merchandise, paid almost 1400$ for a fake bag... :( Feeling betrayed and sad. Will never ever buy from BTR again. This company scam people money. Be aware.

I bought few items from here had two cancelled and been waiting 5 months to get a refund, the items received look cheap and fake after the return i called three times per week and kept being told that they have send this over to returns department they received the item and yet dont want to issue a refund... what a waste of time.

Will never buy again from them. They are always veeeery late shipping the items on your orders. Most orders will not even be fulfilled as they are out of stock (even if at the time you order they say the items are in stock). Merchandise is poor quality and has to be returned back in 50% of the cases. Refunds are taking forever and come with weird amounts no one can really explain. Communication is lacking accuracy and their IT system overall is disastrous.

I dealt with them in multiple occasions. They are selling merchandise they don't have so they can take your payment then refund you with store credits. Pathetic company. Do some real business losers

Since they "upgraded" I have had nothing but difficulty. First I was not able to get a response as to why I did not receive approximately $500 worth of merchandise ordered4 months earlier. Then, I was completely shut out of their site. I wrote on Facebook, private message, email, live... no response. So I called and after 10 minutes was told there was A 30 MINUTE WAIT... 45 minutes later I got someone who offered to refund my money for the 3 oldest orders. I had a 2 month order that I was promised I would receive in 2 weeks. 5 weeks later I called and was given the order date of 5 weeks earlier.? Ok, now I was told to email them... Enough... I still cannot get onto my account... I am out $130... but I will bother them until I receive my money, the product or they go bankrupt, which is most likely.

I purchased what was advertised as an authentic YSL purse in August 2015. This past week, I wanted to re-sell the purse and therefore took it to be authenticated. I found out today that the purse is a knock off. I contacted BTR and was told that because the purchase was so long ago, there was nothing they could do about it. BTR purports to sell only authentic merchandise. They obviously do not stand by their claims. I absolutely would NOT TRUST the legitimacy of anything advertised on their website.

They lie!
Still waiting for a refund from May! Multiple calls and emails to customer service promising a callback from a supervisor never get it I had to call them finally to realize the product was not in stock and never would be they've had my money for over two months

DON'T GO NEAR THEM!

As one of the lucky ones, I got a full refund. Looks like that doesn't happen too often, if at all. No one can figure out what's going on, excuses like computer changing over from old system, problems with suppliers (from the bankruptcy issues that no one wants to be their suppliers?), problems with deliver dates, and no one calls back from customer service. Multiple phone calls over 6 weeks and the order was cancelled and money was refunded without explanation.
I learned they went into bankruptcy and deleted all customer credits and I know I had a credit from years ago on the account that they told me I had then later denied.
Can't trust them. If there was a "0" star rating, they would have to work hard to earn it.

This company wasn't bad a few years ago, but then filed for Bankruptcy or Chapter 11. I stayed away from them for a long time after that. I thought I would try them again earlier this year. I bought three items for a total of $75.00. I waited a long time and what I received was trash, 3 cheaply made dresses which could have been purchased directly from a Chinese website for a third of the cost. There was no return shipping label in the package nor was there any indication where a shipment could be returned. (This company is not fooling around... they make sure you cannot reach them). They do not respond to messages sent through their website.

It was only after I contacted the Better Business Bureau that the company agreed to send me a return shipping label. They made it seem that they were doing me a great favour since the items were sold as "final sale" which is totally not true. I returned the items and, through tracking, saw that they had been delivered. They told the BBB and myself that I would receive a credit. The BBB closed the case and I never received the credit. Their responses to me are pure lies. The one they use most often is that they've created a new website and my information has not yet been transferred (that was over two months ago). What was interesting is that the response I received was from a person with the same name as one I saw as an executive/manager on the website so they cannot allege that it was an employee error.

I'm sure that Canada has consumer protection legislation yet this company continues to operate out of Montreal and defrauds customers with seemingly no repercussions.

Scammers

I've been their loyal customer for 7yrs until April when they changed their website overnight. Still no word on my refund. They are no different from Bidz.com. File a complaint with your credit card company or Paypal within 120days of your initial payment to get your refund. DO NOT WAIT TO HEAR FROM THEM!

Terrible Quality

I started using beyond the rack when they first started, it was amazing! Quality was great, process was easy... until about a year ago or just over, all of a sudden the products I was receiving were definitely not of quality. Nothing was living up to its advertisement. I stopped using the site and I don't trust their products anymore.

I have placed multiple orders with this company starting from March 17th 2019 and I am yet to receive any of the items. Customer service tells different stories when you call. The last call I made was on May 17th. The representative told me my orders are already in transit to UPS and emailed me 4 tracking numbers. Today is the 22nd and this is what I get when I tried to track the so called shipments "UPS could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days. Please verify your information."

1. Call yourcredit card stop payment same with PayPal

2. Contact the Federal Tade Commission FTC.gov. They are tracking this company get your complaints lodged ASAP

3. Contact the FBI DIVISIOVOF CYBER CRIME AR: the www.IC3.gov

You'll get your money AND stop these thieves
