I love this site, I just received another purchase yesterday. So items are still being sent out, although I am concerned that the site is down. I'm reading some bad stories, everytime I had a issue I contacted them and was given a credit in exchange for my troubles. Hopefully they'll will get back on track soon.

My wife placed an order on April 2nd 2016. The order #******* and until know she didn't received her item. Last time she contacted your company she received the information the item was not received from your supplier and should be shipped after you receive it. Until now, no product. We want our money back. It's being 30 days.

Consumer protection

Hi... placed an order over two months ago, just two rings... Waited until expected delivery day... Nothing. Searched online for complaints... Gone into bankruptcy protection. Does anyone know if MasterCard or visa have protection for us in this? Headed to phone now to find out.

Poor service

I will never shop BYR again their tracking is horrible Items take forever to come in, poor customer service always blaming the supplier I waited over 2 months for an item they said they would looked into it and blamed it on the supplier then two weeks later it still has not arrived and again let's blame it on the vender. There reponce was so sorry for your wait we are doing everything we can. Really that is a poor excuse their pricing said it worth a high amount but when you receive the item is cheap quality. Their refund policy is horrible. They will only credit your account giving you store credit only! I have learned my lesson to not order from them again.

I called their customer service line and waited 30 minutes to speak with a representative who could neither speak nor understand English well. I had to tell her three times that I only wanted to place an order over the phone. She finally understood and said that she was unable to take the order. It was quite an experience.

This company is AWFUL! If I could give a negative score, I would. Only shop here if you DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEM and enjoy being LIED TO REPEATEDLY. This company received my money on January 24,2016, but never shipped the item. I finally demanded full refund on April 11,2016 (and repeatedly after that). No action by them until April 19,2016 - and that was to finally ship an item I no longer want. Who needs a winter scarf in spring/summer?

I made an order on Feb. 13,2016 with estimated shipping date between Feb. 27-March 5th. At the end of March, i sent them an email to just cancel the order. I got an email from the head of the company or something, saying there's going to be a delay with their shipment. I replied saying i just want to cancel it. No response. I sent another maybe 5 emails to them requesting to cancel it, still no response. I finally phoned them, i was on hold for 20 minutes before they finally answered. The custome service rep told me they can't cancel the order anymore because it was already shipped and that i should wait 1-2 weeks. I did not recieve an email that it was shipped and no tracking numbers or anything. I never write reviews but i was soo pissed off. This is a scam. I can't believe they are willing to have their reputation ruined for $136.47. That's the price of the bags i ordered but they don't want to give me the refund.

Gone downhill

I've been a customer of Beyond the Rack for several years now I never found a problem with them until recently. I've been waiting for two orders since February and still haven't received them although I was promised delivery for early March. I've written and asked for a refund and have had no response. I won't shop there again, I don't feel comfortable with a company taking my money immediately and not delivering the products.

I have been a client of BTR since they started, a proud Canadian customer. Their customer service used to be incredible. I have no idea what has happened lately, their customer service is awful, their shipping slow, their quality has decreased. They charge you immediately but their refunds take forever. There are no email follow-ups. The on-line chat is pathetic, takes forever and you get no resolution to the problems. Sorry BTR, no more recommendations and 1 client lost, for what I can see on these reviews, sooner or later you will end up with none.

I return my items on March 14/16, sent them emails and text message call them to see when I will receive my refund on April 4th and was told that it is on hold,
I heard that the company is in trouble don't order they will take your money, and you will not receive anything or get a refund for any returns.

Sad that BTR is having financial problems right now. I loved shopping on the site, but now I am afraid to shop because I'm afraid they will go bankrupt. Will wait and see. I can't say that I have had problems with them. You have to be very patient when shopping on this site and I don't mind waiting. They have always shipped my goods and gave me refunds when necessary. I am very happy with almost all of my purchases and have all kinds of beautiful items that I love thanks to them. I don't understand the reviews that say they are difficult to contact, I have contacted them very often with no problems at all and they always let me know what's going on if there is a delay etc. Anyhow, they have done a great job and I hope that they stay open so I can continue shopping.

I spent $80 on a dress in February. It is now April 5th and I still have not received it. They said they shipped it on March 9th. I have been in contact with 5 different people saying that they will open a claim and in 10 days I will have an answer. NOONE WILL GIVE ME AN ANSWER and can not tell me where my package is, nor will they give me a refund.
Save your money and the headache and dont bother with this horrible company

Placed an order Feb 8,2016, the site claims it was shipped and in transit since March 11, but its a damn lie!
They update their site daily to lure unsuspecting buyers and after placing the order you receive absolutely nothing!
I've bern their customer since 2010 and always received my stuff but now, I know $#*! has hit the fan with them!
DO NOT BUY HERE!

Horrible!

I have ordered various items in the past with no issues but placed three orders at the end of Feb 2016 and it is now April 1 and they can't even tell me if the goods are even available! I have over 10 years working in supply chain and I can tell you this is completely unbelievable and utterly horrid vendor management! I sent numerous electronic communications, both email and via their online form, with no response. I finally called and the woman I spoke with had the gall to ask me to wait another two weeks for them to TRY and contact their vendors! Then the purported CEO sent me an email with a $10 credit, give me a break! One item they also ademately say they shipped but Canada aPost says they haven't even picked the package up yet! Orders totalling close to $3k and I called for full refund today, I am fully expecting to have to call them again for this refund. Do not waste your money and time with this joke of a company!

They are a joke, I ordered a few things, some came quick and were good. Now I have four orders out there, one they say is shipped, but the tracking number is phony!

The others they say they will not know when they can be shipped for a while.

STAY AWAY! Buy from My Habit, great service and legit. These people are scammers

We did an event with them on February and since then we were trying to contact them several times by mail and phone with no answer.
Just this week we received an email informing that they are not going to pay because they filed a protection pursuant.
