I have to agree with everyone here. I ordered some stuff in February. In April I was still waiting. Emailed BTR and heard back they had a problem with suplier, but will notify me ASAP. A month later-no reply. I had to dispute charges with my credit card company, and this is the only way I could get my money back as BTR ignored my requests to refund money. I will never buy from them again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from BTR.
I have been a loyal BTR customer for years. Recently made a purchase in March 2016. I have contacted BTR a couple times now wanting my item or a full refund. No luck with either. They just send me a $10 credit for future purchases (like that will ever happen anymore). I'm done with BTR.
As a former supplier, they knew they are going bankrupted and yet still recruted new suppliers and never pay anyone. On the other hand, it is un-ethical for a company to sell stuff that they knew they won't have just and to "steal" money for their cashflow. I smell a class action suit if they ever came out of their financial problems. Please read reviews before buying anything online...
I placed an order in February. I began to worry by April. So, I emailed them. It took a few weeks for them to respond, saying that they would cancel the order and send me a refund within a week. As of mid May, I still hadn't received a refund. I emailed them again at which time, they said they'd give my a partial refund. Hardly fair as it was their fault.
I placed an order April 26,2016 and still have not received my order. Now, the phone lines are directing me to go to *******@beyondtherack.com. However, they never respond to your inquiries! Im going to place a dispute with paypal against them. Sonja H

I have been a customer with BTR for almost 5 years now and I bought a lot from them. However, I think they are tired of staying in business and they don't have what it takes to pack up and go. It's just no longer working for them. I have orders since February 3/2016. It will be 4 months in a few days. They don't even have any idea when it will be available. Secondly, I returned some items that were terribly poor quality for the price paid, they issued a BTR store credit, then all their payment issue, which they don't seem to be able to resolve started. You can no longer pay with a credit card, or they don't want you to! Unfortunately, I also could not use my store credit of almost $200, even with $0 due, I don't want to pay with PayPal because I have no balance due, all I ask is to be able to use my store credit and move on to another site for my future purchases.
Please do not waist your time calling or sending Email.
There is no way you can get your refund through this site.
How ever you still can file dispute through PayPal or your credit card, do not waist any more time.
Do it ASAP
This site still doing business and taking People's money.

Beyond the Rack filed for bankruptcy Mar. 30/2016. If you order you will not get your merchandise or your money back. 4 Months later, and 2 files claimed, I'm still waiting. Even paypal and M/C won't help out. You've been warned.
UPDATE: Paypal did rule in my favor, and I was able to get my refund - I got lucky. This was my last purchase with BTR
I been a good customer to BTR. I have cancel my order and they keep telling me wait 1 more week it has been 4 weeks. They basically told me to file a claim with my credit card company. This is unheard for a company to tell you to file a claim with your cc. So that is telling me I would never order from this BTR again! Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU MAY NEVER GET YOUR ORDER IR YOUR MONEY BACK
I ordered an item in February and it's May and no response and no product. I got a email from the CEO saying it won't be long for the product to arrive that there are management issues being worked out. Well I called and after 6 weeks the product has not made it to the warehouse. Why I asked, they didn't know! Come on this is a large business and if you are changing management you don't stop the orders coming in or going out. Still no refund as I have written several times and said send my refund. NO RESPONSE. I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I want my money or product.
I'm another person who's been scammed by Beyond the Rack. Bought a (fake) Louis Vuitton wallet which literally ripped apart after 2 months of light use. After going back & forth for weeks with emails, I'm out $350. This company is an unethical sham operation that needs to be shut down!
I ordered gold earrings from them expecting them in about 3 weeks. When they had not arrived after 2 months I called as I had read that they had filed for bankruptcy protection. I asked for a refund to my PayPal account and received it within a few days.
Once a really good online shopping site, Beyond the Rack has filed for bankruptcy protection. I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute for charges for merchandise I didn't receive. Consumers have 100 days from the transaction date to file a dispute so GET ON IT, those of you in the same boat. BTR has 45 days to respond to the credit card company and if they don't, supposedly you get the charges reversed. Very, very sad. I used to enjoy finding some really good deals from BTR.
I order a tank top, like a month and half ago. Said I will receive it on April 21st - 28th of 2016. Of course I didn't, and when I check on it they said be about another 2 weeks after I been waiting for it for month and half already. I said forget it, and cancelled my order. Still haven't received my payment back yet, but I will tell you I will never order from them again. If you were smart you do the same.
I order from this site last February and its been 2 months now I havent received the order, I phone thrice, they keep on saying that the tracking number will be available within 24hrs but its been 2 motnhs now and still you cant track it! ITS BULL$#*!!
I should have known that something was amiss when I tried to call about the delivery of my items and no one ever answered the phone. Additionally, the items I ordered should not have been charged to my CC until they shipped and that's not what happened. I cancelled the order after waiting 2 months for them to arrive. Another red flag, I got an email from the "CEO" stating that company was reorganizing. Yikes! I'm waiting to see if my credit card gets refunded. After reading all of the bad reviews, I'm not hopeful.

I'm writing just to back up the other reviewer's. I've had similar experience. I've ordered merchandise in January 2016 that was supposed to ship in February and it is now May 4,2016 and I still have yet to receive it. I have sent emails and received no response and cannot find a valid telephone number. My credit card was charged $210 at the time of the purchase. Complete fraud! I'm in the process of reporting them to the BBB and Attorney General's office.

Answer: Advice: The reviews are truthful. The company was in bankruptcy/receivership and the new owners deleted all the previous credits of customers. Trust them? No. Get your money back and shop elsewhere.
