I am in the same postion as you all... i have over $1000 in purchases i have not received, i will skip the $#*!ing, but would like advise as to what are we to do now.?... are the credit card companies reliable to refund our money.?. Or is the saying cant get blood from a stone the way it works here?... what are we to do.?... im so fustrated... its not like it was small amount of money... im being charged interest on these purchases that i havent received... pls help!

Like many people I'm sure, I have sent multiple e-mails requesting a refund on my credit card. I was told that "Unfortunately we cannot reverse your credit back to your original method of payment as BTR is now under new management. If you still want your money back file a claim with your credit card company." What a ridiculous reply. As far as I'm concerned that is theft! I have a $265.00 credit, and every time I try to place an order it sends me to PAY PAL and immediately sends me back to the ordering page and will not process the order. As most people are probably aware, BTR has filed for bankruptcy which obviously indicates that they are in financial trouble. Why is the website still up and running? BTR suppliers are probably not sending merchandise because they are probably not being paid. However, BTR continues to take orders and money from customers. All the current events are marked "In stock". If that's the case, why are our orders not being shipped? I just want to spend my credit (if that's even possible), and find somewhere else to shop that is honest and reputable!
UPDATE: Contacted my credit card company to file a dispute claim. Gave them the dates of the transactions and the amounts charged for the merchandise.(The purchases I made went as far back as February). They refunded my credit card the full amount within 2 days. I highly recommend contacting your credit card company if you want your money refunded.

Its been 7 months since I ordered, NO Merchandise, NO REFUND! THEY LIED AND STATED "THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THEIR PHONES! And LETS CHAT ON LINE", WELL THERE IS NOT A!@#!$@@% THING TO CHAT ABOUT, JUST REFUND MY MONEY!. I DO NOT CHAT WITH CROOKS AND SCAMMERS!

Finally received a credit on my BTR account, only took over 6 weeks to get it. Haven't signed into my BTR account in a few weeks and was shocked to see they took my credit from my account back. The only thing a rep said via chat was "yes it seems to have disappeared." So a credit that I had to wait so long to get, they took back with no explanation and then was told I have to wait another 48 hours to see it back in my account. This place is a joke!

Never had any problem in the past, till march 03, when i ordered two polo armani shirts, haven't received my order since march, i heard they filed for bankrupcy, why are they still taking people's money then?

STAY AWAY! I wish I could warn everyone about this company! I placed an order in April, still have not received it. I have sent emails and finally contacted them via phone. Waited for 40 min on hold only to talk to someone who was reading off a pre made speech saying to patiently wait as BTR is trying everything to rectify the issues, blah, blah, blah. Isn't it fraud to still accept orders and payment knowing full well they will not be able to issue the product?!?!?!?!

This happened to me 2 times that I paid for an item and waited for 2 months to get the item and then Beyond The Rack canceled the order after two or three months with no reason and refunded the money after a long time. So this is the truth behind the scene of this business that they sell items, get the money, invest poor customers money somewhere else for their own benefit and keep many customers waiting for two or three months to ship their items then cancel their purchase with no reason put"item refunded" label on the order on their website and then poor customer wait for another 2 months to get the money back. Actually, they sell one item to many customers and then get hundreds of people's money (imagine at least 100 customers pay $100 each everyday= $10,000 everyday) this is how they make a profit. It is fraud. Stay away from this website.

WORST COMPANY EVER!

I ordered a few items back on Jan 22. I waited and waited but nothing. I called and couldn't get through so i left a message. I sent an email and even did the live chat. No one could tell me when the items would be shipped. When May rolled around I requested a refund. The exact date was May 3rd. I was told I would receive my refund in 5-7 business days. I have emailed several times and no response. Tried calling and kept being told to leave a message and someone would get back to me within 24-48hrs. Never did get a call back. It is now June 14th and I have been on hold with the company waiting for a supervisor for over 40min. I have been told that they have no idea when I will be getting my refund as they have filed for bankruptcy. As if that is some how my problem. Now I am sure I am never getting that refund. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Same as most of the people here I used to like it, now I can't get a refund for something that they had not sent. My saga started on April, 30 when I wanted to cancel an order that was supposed to be shipped on May, 6 (way in advance). After my numerous attempts to cancel (on the web, on chat line, on the phone) on May, 6 they told me that it would be impossible because despite my efforts to cancel they mailed it on May, 6. Today is June, 14 - no item, no money, just a promise to "process it as soon as possible" on May, 8. I wrote to BBB, they contacted BTR, BTR did not respond.

I am still awaiting a refund from an order placed January 22! It is June -- I have been through seven customer calls, three emails and still no refund on product that never arrived-- Don't order from them-- according to fashion news websites, they are going out of biz...

I have the same story as everyone else. I've used beyondtherack.com before and never has issues. I placed a few orders in March/April and never received them. On 5/20/16, I was promised a full refund because the items were no longer in stock. They said the refund would be available in 5-7 business days. It never came. I've reached out to them several times, and they give me the run-around.

Is this class action lawsuit worthy?

We were duped!

According to the reviews it appears I am not the only one who was duped. After waiting four weeks for my refund for product they could not ship BTR customer service tells me the bankruptcy lawyers are going to email me my refund... sure they are! A quick google search will show you Beyond the Rack filed for bankruptcy in March, which funny enough was the same time they took my money and never shipped my product!

For several months I waited for them to process my order. I was told time and time again that they expected the product within the next few weeks. After waiting for 3 months I cancelled my order and was told I would receive a full refund within 5-7 days. After another additional two weeks and still no refund I spoke to another rep via live chat. Again If I could rate them a zero I would. Lesson learned always check reviews of a company before ordering from them.
I was told they would expedite my refund and I should receive an email within the next 24 to 48 hours. Still no email, I called this afternoon to find out they are no longer able to process my refund. They're only solution was a credit. I told the rep did you see when I placed the order. Beyond the Rack can't complete my old order, why would I take a refund. Her only other solution was to put a claim against my credit card. I told her they were a bunch a thieves who stole money. I gave her some piece of advise before hanging up on her. "Quit your job, I would be embarrassed to work for such a company."

I've had no issues with BTR in the past. On April, I purchased Prada sneakers with them, never received the item. They said it's at their warehouse but no matter how many times i've contacted them, They won't ship it to me nor refund the money. I've contacted them everyday via chat for 3 weeks(since their call center is off). They will tell you lies, they agree to do everything you ask them to do, but will never do anything about it. They will make FAKE PROMISES, GUARANTEE YOU the refund or the shipment but NEVER did and NEVER will. It's a headache just dealing with all their bull$#*!. They should just file for bankruptcy already. What they are doing is COMPLETELY ILLEGAL. I Asked a refund via paypal. Since BTR will never respond to refund claims, I suggest customers to file directly a claim with their credit card compagny or paypal.

I've order from beyond the rack several times over the years and NEVER had an issue. I placed an order in March and not only have I not received my order but no one ever responds to my emails. They do not have a direct chat on their site as they advertise and their phone lines have been mysteriously down since March also. They responded to me finally to cancel my order and refund me, 2 weeks later I have not been notified of the cancellation OR gotten my money back. I have no idea what Happened to this websit as it used to be one of my favourites, but this is the worst display for customer service I have ever experienced and rest assured I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this site.

After receiving a defective and possibly fake celine handbag I have been trying to contact them for a refund for over one month. Their phone lines have been down for over two weeks, I've left 3 voice mails, have sent plenty of emails and still haven't received a response! I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Careful while shopping with them! As you won't get your money back

I have ordered some clothes at the beginning of the April not aware that they are going bankrupt, 2 weeks ago after contacting them regarding the items, I was advise that I won't be getting them and that they have sent the request for refund and I should get it within 5-7 business days. I was talking to one of the reps today and was advised to open a dispute claim with my visa that way I should get the money back because their "credit" processing system is down, same as their phones that have been down for over a month and their technical department is still working on fixing them, same as their payment system that is broken for over a month and they still can't fix it and you can only use PayPal. So there is no way you will get your credit unless you go through your Visa. Issue that I have is that $57 of my money is in "store" credits and my Visa can't do anything about that! So people first of all stop shopping at Beyond the Robbery(rack) or if you still do don't agree to the "store" credits or you'll never get your money back!
