Ordered a burberry scarf over a month ago. Got an email stating they didn't even ship it and they were sorry. This was a present had to order something last min and rush the order. All they offered me was my refund, just unacceptable service. Don't order from here! Worst experience and service.
I have been ordering from BTR for a few years now and enjoy shopping from the site. I have had some issues at different times but customer service has always been great in resolving my issues. Some orders can take sometime getting shipped, so don't expect to get your order within 2 weeks.

I ordered from Beyondtherack on February 20,2016. It is now March 28,2016 and I still have not received my items. I tried to contact beyond the rack but, I'm redirected to another location. At this point, I would appreciate a full refund. I would never order from your company again. "Terrible Customer Service."
I placed my order on February 28 2016 and yet it is March 28 2016 and nothing has arrived. I do not have the ability to track my order, so I tried to call their customer service but the phone ends up getting cut off anyways or as if someone rejects the call.

I was fooled by the name. I thought I was buying from 'The Rack.' When the items finally arrived, I saw they were shipped from China. The quality is the worst and took forever to receive.
I sent at least 5 forms to Customer Service. The same reply, they couldn't find my items in their warehouse - even though I sent in their return envelope. Again... do not buy from this company, nothing is as it seems.

Every Celine bag should have a leather label with the serial number stamped on it. The label should located inside opf the pocket. But I didn't find any label or serial number! And also, the lining is strange too.

I purchased my bag from beyond the rack in Feb. They told me that I would get it in three weeks. I asked them about my order two times on live chat and they keep telling me to wait another two week. I am mad and upset. My credit card bill just came and my order has not. What kind of service is beyond the rack! This is horrible service. I'll probably will be getting my order in April hopefully. But I willl NEVER order from Beyond the Rack ever again. VERY poor service.
Beyond the Rack is not paying their Vendors, we are one of them.
We have product that Beyond The Rack customers have ordered waiting to ship sitting on our loading dock - however they are on credit hold as their accounts are way overdue.
When we call or email (buying office, accounting or executive management) nobody answers or responds - there is complete "radio silence" from Beyond the Racks end.
It is really unfortunate, as in the four years we have supplied them, we have had a great relationship. We would be more then happy to try and help them, if only someone would return our emails or calls.
I ordered many times from this website over the years and I never had any issues whatsoever. Everything I ordered was good quality and I was always happy with my purchases. And it's Canadian! :)
Ordered an item on January 25,2016, it is March 20,2016 today and the item is still "on track" and they are still asking me for 2 more weeks (for a second time! Mind you). Which part of the world do you think this comes from? I've placed some orders from China since January 25 and they all arrived in 2 weeks absolutely free of charge. This is what happens when you have a bunch of "administrative personnel" that does not produce anything, just wants to make money from reselling what other people have produced, and doesn't even manage to do that right. I have purchased several times from Beyond the Rack and have been happy with most purchases and customer service, until now! I ordered several Burberry scarves because the price was just too good! When they arrived very late I was still excited until I opened the boxes. Clearly fake! I own several and noticed the box and tag were completely the wrong material and color. The quality was horrible and no edge stitching so the scarves were already unraveling. Not the case with real Burberry. I contacted them and they told me I could return. Great, I was happy with that. I have sent them back weeks ago and still waiting for refund or contact. They had to have received them back by now. I emailed customer service but no response. I also purchased a Prada bag awhile ago and was happy at first until I tried to sell it at a consignment store and was told it was fake. I then wanted a second opinion and sent it to another reputable online consignment store, and they also returned it to me and told me it was fake. They charged me for authenticating it! Ugh! Now I was worried because I have bought a lot from them. I had just purchased a Celine Micro luggage and was worried it didn't seem right. I paid to have it authenticated and was told it was fake! I also just received a Givenchy box bag and it does not have the serial/date code stamped on back. All of this style bag have the stamping on back of inside tab. I have emailed customer service about these incidents and have never heard back. I am extremely frustrated and have spent a lot of money. That being said I know I have also received real items from them as well. Some have been sold through the same consignments stores with no problems. I have purchased real Chanel and Louboutin shoes. Also, I know I have received real bags as well. They say they only sell authentic items and I believe they do not knowingly try to sell fakes. There is no was they authenticate every item they sell. I would say most of the items are real but they do have suppliers that sell fakes. I wish they would just won up to their mistakes and say sorry we messed up. I would understand that. However, I can not understand ignoring loyal customers with valid concerns.
Besides the fact that the "estimated shipping time frame" is HIGHLY inaccurate (you can expect your items to ship much after the time frame is over). The customer service is non-existant. I wrote an email 5 days ago requesting to cancel some items ordered, and still have yet to hear back. Previously I wrote customer service regarding some items they refunded because "there was some issue with the supplier" and heard back immediately. Convenient that when I want to cancel some items they would choose not to respond. I'll stick with Zulily.
I'm reading the reviews about Fake scarves... and other things... bring it to the attention of the Police, Police do not condone fake items being sold... it is against the law... then Beyond the Rack will fess up. I wouldn't be upset, just go to the authorities. If Beyond the Rack says it is authentic then they shouldn't worry... The police will do an investigation. And may be closed down.
I have purchased a Celine micro luggage for 1699 and on comparison with one in a real store, realized that the logo is quite visibly not of an authentic celine product. I have sent several emails to customer service but have not received any response. Today the same product is for 1099 USD on their website. This is ridiculous and all I keep hearing from their sales representative on chat is that we only sell authentic products. There was no authenticity card attached to the delivery even.
I have a real Burberry scarf and I wanted another. After paying $550 for mine I was pleasantly surprised to see a sale (also in my mind questioning it). Figured that a large company like BTR, and Canadian, would only be selling authentic items. I do not buy FAKE ANYTHING. I don't even need to bring it to someone because I know it's fake. The label is the wrong way, and the stitching is off. It also doesn't feel the same as my other one when it was suppose to be the same material. How can they do this? Not to mention it was ordered in JANUARY and I just got it today. The staff gave a run around for over two months on where it was, when it was shipping etc. I want my MONEY BACK. Do not order from here. I ordered a dress more than a year ago and had to return it because the length of the dress that they had online was not the length I received. Now I have a credit, they won't refund your money for their mistake. I finally found a handbag that I liked and ordered it Feb 13. It was supposed to be shipped by March 5. After calling them to inquire they told me it would be 2 more weeks before it would even be shipped because of a vendor issue, shouldn't they have confirmed that before offering the item? I'm guessing it will be close to 2 month before receiving anything. The sad thing is they didn't even send me any email to let me know what was going on. Customer service and customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company

I would have given it 5 starts if their delivery was faster. I've been a customer with this site for at least the last 5 years. While the services are not perfect the products are always high quality and their customer service is great.
You can return anything that still hasome a tag on it within 12 months of purchase, but you can't exchange since their products are always changing.
Shipping is about $6 but then you get free shipping on anything you might order in the next 3 days. It takes a while to get your order because it comes first from the seller so give it about a month to get to you. You can see the tracking information right on their page and it's constantly updating you on delivery.
Bottom line is, I love this site, it's always come through for me when I'm getting ready for next season or an upcoming holiday or event.
I purchased two scarves on January 7th 2016 with their promise to receive the shipment before Valentines Day. After receiving the shipment confirmation only on February 15th, I had doubts about the ethics and motives of the company. After receiving the products on February 17th, I checked to see if they were authentic. At my surprise in March, I went to Holt Renfrew and was confirmed by a Burberry Sales Manager that the two scarves were counterfeit. This is one of the worst experience at Beyond the Rack and I am not planning on buying from them anymore. I will be looking for a complete refund and would suggest this to anyone who had bought Burberry products since the authenticity is questionable.
