I did not receive any of the items I ordered. I was told by Beyond The Rack that the items were no longer available and that they were unable to issue a refund or a credit. This company is something to behold. As I have read, numerous customers have never received their orders that were promised. But, take it to the next step, the company refuses to refund my money for an article that I ordered and paid for but never received. Their answer to my many many e-mails and telephone calls about getting my money refunded has been to go to my credit card company to get my refund. Why should I do that when it is them that has my money? I asked. Due to circumstances of the change over, so I am told, is the reason they will not refund my money. Yet, when I look at my order status it says it was refunded. So very untrue! This is so unacceptable and I will never ever order from this company again. Absolutely never again.
Ordered 2 marching bedding sets for my girls beach themed bedroom, one was delivered and the other we waited for 6 months for. After several emails and countless promises it never showed up. Now we have a bedroom with only one quilt set. They are miserable to deal with. Frauds. Their site should be shut down. Don't waste your time and money. I returned my items due to the quality of the product which was poor and my first call to them was to see if they received it. At that point they told me that my credit would be in March.

I used to order from them and didn't have a problem until March 2,2016. Evidently they changed owners and they took my money but haven't sent my products and is already august. When i complain and ask for a refund, they give me a tracking number that says ups had been waiting since may for the package and keep repeating the same accept. They refuse to refund my money and say to return the items that never came instead. I finally put in a claim with my bank and hopefully I'll get my money back. I'm just so disgusted. They used to be a great company; took a while for delivery, but 5 months is more than ridiculous.
As with many of the other complaints, I ordered 4 items in the beggining of April. When I did not recieve or hear anything from them in the beginning of June, 2 months later, I called. They told me that the supplier was not sending them the merchandise. They then proceeded to tell me they will give me a full refund to my credit card. I just called 2 days ago. Like others, had a nasty sales rep who would not answer any questions. He just kept on reading the "Script" that the company gave him. I ordered a "Giancarlo Bassi Kayleen Handbag" for my wife. We did not receive it within the 6 weeks it was promised. Communications were very difficult. Excuses were many. Finally, about 3 months maybe after ordering, we were told it would be shipping soon, sorry for the delay, and they gave us some kind of credit for another order (right). The handbag has no brand label at all. It is probably a fake. Just stay away from these people.
I placed an order for four items on April 17,2016. Several weeks later, I received 2 of the four items.
One of those was broken and the other was fine. I waited 3 months and never received the other two items. So I called BTR and spoke to a csr that was rude and unhelpful. He told me I would receive a store credit. I told him I didn't want a store credit, as I had not even received the goods and therefore this wasn't a return! I just wanted a refund to my credit card. Csr refused to let me speak with a manager, and was incredibly rude. He then told me to call the credit card company and have them cancel the order. We called the credit card company and they informed us that if BTR offers a credit then they cannot reverse the order! So basically it is legal theft. I have also lodged a complaint with the BBB and the anti-fraud unit in Quebec. Do not order from this company!
I originally ordered a purse in April. It was put through on my Visa. I had countless emails and frustrating phone calls.
I was getting so frustrated that in one conversation I asked for free shipping as I had waited so long. They said they could do that. It's been several months and they still haven't credited my account!

I shopped weekly with BTR for more than three years. My orders that I placed between January and April 2016 were never received and I was told that there would not be refunds either. I had numerous items I had purchased as gifts and am extremely choked with the stall tactics that were used with regular responses (at least monthly) stating " your orders will ship as soon as our management changes are in place". Then I received a reply stating "any orders placed before March 25th would not be honoured". I was offered a $10 credit for my over $400 in outstanding purchases which I haven't received either. I have told everyone I talk to about my previous purchases to never shop with them, I used to recommend them on a daily basis.
I want anyone looking at shopping with them DON'T buy from Beyond The Rack, they are dishonest and disreputable!
I have the same problems... bought an item in May... never received it... The shipping date is passed. I sent e e-mails and never got any response. I tried to call them but impossible to reach. Why can they continue to operate the website... just to screw more customers... I recorded a complaint with Consumer protection and everybody should. They told me they only had a few complaints about them and they were not awared of more issues... Somebody should make them close their internet site... we have to make sure everybody is aware of the company is doing to their customers. I can`t believe we are not protected form companies like this one!
I am having the same issues as everyone else it appears. I have also been buying from them for years but recently had 2 orders never ship. First one place March 5, the second on April 3rd. I cancelled the order after 3 months, was promised a refund that I have never received. The status of my order has now changed to "returned", but as I said, no credit so far. I got an email about them being bought by another company saying I can "File a Claim", but the details are unclear. Something about giving me either a cheque for $5, or credit for $15. My order was over $300.
I have ordered from Beyond the Rack for years, but now I won't use them ever again. Its been a year since I've had trouble with them and now I ordered 4 items on May 8,2016, and its July 13 2016, and still haven't received two items. I have emailed, called, talked to them online and I keep getting constant excuses why. They even went as far to tell me my order was in their warehouse now and it would be shipped within the week. That was 3 weeks ago and today the customer service rep told me they were still trying to process the order and told me that their terms of use gives them 4 months to fulfill an order. Oh they will happily refund my money but not to my Paypal account but as a credit on their site. Why would I want a credit to their site? They've had the use of money for 2 months now and I can guarantee they have changed their refund policy because they can't fulfill all their orders and want to force you to order from them with the "credit" in your BTR account. I'll wait for my order rather than be forced to order from them ever again and I will make sure I let everyone know what a scam they're running.
After using BTR for years, I continued to do so even though they stopped taking Credit Cards... Red Flag! I used my PayPal acct and made 3 small purchases in early May. I began checking the status and notice the ship dates kept changing. Finally, 2 of the orders said item refunded. To where? Not my bank nor my PayPal acct. My remaining order remains saying ship date to BTR 6/18-6/23. I placed a dispute with PayPal and BTR. Today, some company who stated they took over BTR called to give me a transaction number for the remaining order. I asked is this for a refund, the lady with a strong accent said no. So what is it for? I could barely understand her accent but she said BTR has filed for protection. This call came from Quebec. I realized this will not be an easy fix but I will not have my money taken. I'm awaiting a response from PayPal but plan to contact my bank as well. I suggest others to do the same.

Basically in a nutshell: purchased an item, waited 2 months, contact them, asked me to wait 2 more weeks, contacted them again 2 weeks later, cancelled order, issued me a CREDIT for THEM not having the product.
