Had a credit just under $200 conveniently disappeared. They are no longer honoring credits from the previous owners however before that I had requested a refund and they couldn't do that either. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL BE SCREWED.

They have changed ownership and they charged my credit card for items not shipped. They took 2 months to credit this back in the form of credits on the account. Thereafter once they changed management the credits disappeared and they claimed they could not do anything about this since this was due to new management.

Consumer beware PLEASE DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE.

Please, please, please stay away from this company, unless of course you like buying shoddy fake products and never getting your money returned! I ordered a Burberry scarf as a gift, it didn't show up for 3 months and when it did arrive it was garbage! No tags, incorrect packaging and thin awful material. I demanded a refund and they told me "no returns because we are under new management" and to call consumer protection. I called and they told me the only way they help is if you never received the product at all, so I am out $180.

No refund

Was a loyal customer of BTR for years... I had some issues but they were small ones. I ordered a dress in Feb. And after 1.5 months sent an email to cancel the order and requested a refund. I was told the dress was sent... Sent a few more emails and was then told that the company was under new management and no refunds will be given. STAY AWAY... Save your money

Bad new owner ship

Placed an order with Beyond the Rack in September 2016 and now last week in October the order status said refunded. I payd with my BTR credit and now they say they can't refund my money to me since it's under new owner ship. Yes new owner ship is terrible I lost 236.96 dollars and now i'm supposed to go through Customer protection and the number they gave me was a cruise ship winning number. :( I was for many years a valued customer and never had trouble with anything and loved their customer support but this new owner will go bankrupt to with this kind of customer service or lack there of.

You can not trust them anymore we ordered 2 shoe racks since 1 year under my son account, till now they never show up and each time we ask for refund they gave us excuses and tell us to ask refund from a government site.
I highly recommend that you stay away from them because they become fraud

This company has gone down hill! Like to the depths of hell! Stay away! TERRIBLE customer service!
They held my cash for six months while they promised my order was coming... and coming... and coming...
After over five months late, they cancelled the order without notification or credit or explanation
Do not trust this company with your hard earned dollars!

I returned goods that weren't satisfactory. My credit of $200 disappeared and the company won't respond despite a dozen emails sent. Always an automated response that someone will call. But they never do. It's internet fraud. Hundreds of similar complaints online. BEWARE!

Big scam!

I ordered a pair of boots and I returned it. After a week later I received an email from my return and they credit it to my btr acct. But last week i was about to use that money and i couldnt find it from my acct. I sent them an email and they said they will message the head office something like that. But till now i have no any news from the my money. Il Never ever order to this site again. :(

Company is a SCAM!

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company way back in April of 2016, after months of the order date being changed I proceeded to email them only to get the run around for more months. Long story short it is now October and I am still without my refund, AFTER they said they would refund the amount to my credit card. I don't know how this company can even continue to function they should be shut down immediately!

I ordered a silk quilt from them, Sandra Vanditti, supposedly 85 per cent silk and 15 per cent poly fibre. I have had silk bedding before and I am pretty sure this is mostly poly as it is so hot. I paid a pretty penny for it and it is no where near as soft as silk should be, maybe they were gypped too but the quality is not there

I have been raising hell with this company for almost a year now. They treat their customers like $#*! and needless to say their customer service is non existant. I placed an order in JANUARY was emailing customer service for months they kept telling me the items i ordered would be ready soon. Months later I find out the items will never be back in stock and now so many months have passed that I was unable to file a claim with my bank. After a long battle I accepted the store credit all to order again and after recieving no shipping conformation I called and they told me they canceled my order because the items werent in stock... since when do I have to call to find out that they have canceled my order? Not one notification to tell me this... Ask to speak with a customer service rep's supervisor and they are never around. By far the worst shopping experience i've ever dealt with, I'd rather do business with a flock of geese. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THEIVES

I purchased a kino chair sometime between end of March, beginning of April. I needed the chair for the end of April. Every time I tracked the order the ship date was changed. I sent emails, they just don't care. Finally I heard from them. It was the new people that bought the company. I was told I had credit no orders would be ship quickly. I ordered one item and did receive it quick. Looking to spend the rest of my credit, I ordered boots the beginning of August, and the ship date kept changing. I sent numerous emails and was told they would check on my order. I then got an email saying my order was in the New York warehouse. I did get my boots, but can only wonder if I had not have complained would I still be waiting. I still have some credit. I emailed the, yesterday and told them to have a good time with my credit. This company caused me so much stress. I will never deal with them again

This site is a scam. I have $80 credit left in my account, one day it just disappeared. Contact BTR couple times, never get a response. I wish I can take legal action against BTR. But with $80 I feel the court won't even care.

I have to admit I was a bit scared of receiving my purchases after reading all the reviews on here. I hadn't really done my home work and placed two orders. The first shipment was received within 12 days of my order. The second one, surprisingly, was placed last Thursday and I received my package today... which is within 3 business days. I got exactly what I expected. They weren't high end. But I now have 6 pairs of shoes and 4 pairs of boots... that will get me through the season. And all of this for less than $200. So, while I can't speak to anyone else's experiences, I thought I would at least put on a decent comment on here to say that Beyond the Rack lived up to their promise..
