I sent over images of an preloved LV bag that I purchased and I wanted to reconfirm the authenticity. Authentic first were fast with there turnaround and I was very pleased with the results. It gave me the peace of mind I was looking for. I will be using them again.

I'm based in the UK and wanted an expert opinion on a 1970's Gucci bag I am selling. The process was very simple and straightforward, my authentication and valuation arrived quickly and I would definitely use the service in future. I sent them a Chanel bag to authentic for me. I sent it filled with paper and carefully wrapped to avoid damage in transit. When they received my bag took about 4 days to authenticate (not the 2 mentioned on the website). She let me know it was shipped. I had to request tracking number to make sure of what was going on while I'm transit. When I received my order I was shocked the way they sent it back to me. The purse was folded up, no protection, creases all over... it was really really bad. I'll post pictures. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Go with leather surgeons. They authentic as well as treat bags. They make sure all bags are sent back with care. Needless to say I will not use them again!
I used Authenticate First recently and their review helped me get my money back for the fake purse that was sold to me as 100% authentic. The fakes these days look very good and its easy to get scammed so asking for opinion of people who know exacly what to look for is a must. Very professional and super fast results for a great price! Would highly recommend! Wasn't sure if they'd be able to authenticate my vintage Louis Vuitton because it didn't have a date code, but that was no problem!
This is the 2nd time i've used this company and it's great knowing that even though i'm in the UK and they're based in the US, I can still confidently and quickly get an item authenticated in a matter of hours! I contacted them to authenticate a Chanel belt i'd recently purchased from a pre-loved website, who authenticate on site, but I wanted to be doubly sure and I know I can rely on Authenticate first without a shadow of a doubt. Would highly recommend. Of note, this is a genuine review from my own personal experience.

I have used Authenticate first on several occasions, and have been pleasEd and impressed each time. It was important for me to ensure that some pre-owned items I purchased my wife were, indeed, authentic. Although pre-owned, purchasing a Louie Vuitton handbag is a significant investment ( not to a mention I would feel awful to accidentally give my wife and) imitation purse!) The site is easy to use and the customer service was excellent when I needed assistance and how to provide photographs and other documentation. In fact, they even expedited a review for me when I wanted to have it in time for my wife's birthday! Definitely recommend!

I have used A1st several times with my LV purses. I have always received the best service. They only give their statement after very close examination, they do not hesitate to ask for more pictures if needed. That tells me, they are just not guessing, but really examine the items in question. I can truly recommend them and I surely will be a returning customer.

You have a Chanel Boy Bag - this style cannot be "folded" up. We send the bag back with all of the packing materials and used the same box. If there's an issue w/the way it was received, get into touch w/the post office to file a complaint, because they must have damaged the box and it's contents. We are happy to supply your tracking # and help w/claims.
