I use Authenticate First to authenticate luxury items that I buy and sell online. Receiving a COA from a trusted business gives my buyers peace of mind. Additionally, I use their services to authenticate my personal items that I purchase for myself, which helps me make informed decisions about what I purchase.

I cannot afford to buy luxury at full-price, but I especially cannot afford to buy a fake. Authenticate First offers services starting at only $10, which, for me, is more than worth the peace of mind. For items I sell, I upgrade my purchases to include a Certificate of Authenticity to help my buyers shop with confidence.

Other sites have asked me for as little as only 5 photos, whereas Authenticate First asked me for as many as I could provide. It makes me comfortable to know that they are extremely detailed and thorough in the process. They would rather ask you for more photos and extend the process than make a misjudgement on your item. I trust businesses that prefer accuracy over speed of service.

Additionally, their service is fairly quick for what they do. If you work with them and follow their guidelines, they can deliver your authentication a lot more quickly.

For the price, speed, and accuracy they provide, I am extremely impressed with their business. I will be returning!

It's my first time to purchase a preloved signature bag. I didn't know the seller personally but she was in dire need of cash so she was selling her black Celine nano in one of the FB pages suppper low. Since I've been wanting a black nano for the longest time, i went through the purchase and "authenticated" the bag myself. She couldn't produce the receipt. I tried watching youtube videos about the nano and one vlogger mentioned about authenticate first so i went to their website. Though their website honestly isn't that "impressive", the authentication is only for $10 so I gave it a shot. The turnaround was quick and the evaluation was direct to the point. That's all we need at the end of the day anyway... will use them again soon

I'm very excited to have found this site for my Authentication needs. At first I was skeptical because I've have never used any authenticate service but I decided to give them a try! And I'm so glad I did. This company is professional and has super fast service. I was so impress with their turnaround for service. It's so easy to upload your picture to their site. I heard many good things about the company from other luxury collectors on instagram and I decided to authenticate my Vintage Chanel purchase using authenticate first. The service was very easy to use, the website even has a tutorial teaching you how to upload your pictures and specifically what pictures to submit, the fact that they encourage you to submit as many pictures as you can gave me peace of mind on getting an accurate authentication. The authentication process was super fast, I submitted my pictures on a sunday and first thing in the morning I got a detailed list of my vintage Chanel, I paid to have the estimated value and information on my bag, it is the best 18.50 I ever spent.

I sell on the web and one of my sales was saying that my goods was not real. So to protect me I paid for there service and for 20/25 I was so happen with the out come. So now I use them for piece of mind. I have used them for my pre loved bags and to know that your hard own money for a bag did not go to waste. And so nice if the bag you have that you bought on the web is fake you can upscale and use it in your behalf,, thank god for this service. LZ

I thrifted a Gucci purse, It was cheap and I figured it was a fake but was willing to take a chance on it... I did some legwork authenticating it myself and determined it was probably authentic but wanted the experts to weigh in on it... the site made it super easy to send in photos etc and within 24-48 hours (it was over a weekend so had it not been the weekend it would have been completed in 24 hours). I love that this service is available! I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who is not sure about an item.

I contacted on 1/22/18 them to Authenticate a Chanel bag and from the first email I mentioned the bag has not code or card. They mentioned they can help. I sent the first pictures (many pics). I also mentioned in other emails that it does not have holograms. They keep asking for more pictures. Every time I sent more and more pics, I asked for confirmation of being receive it because I wanted to make sure I sent the right and needed pics, and I just got answers few days after, that it is not an easy process, it would be sent to another person, they need more pics... Conclusion, until today I got an email about a refund from them and they were not able to authenticate it without Hologram and Made in France sign by email or inhome. Basically, very simple question from the beginning of the process.So, be advised that you wont receive a good service, fast and reliable. You will deal almost with a machine responding your emails saying, need more pics, not easy process, contact the seller. Very bad experience. PS: they wont refund the whole money if you pay extra services.
