I was very pleased with the service I received from AuthenticateFirst. They were more than helpful and quick to respond when I had questions. I had trouble uploading my pictures and they helped me with that. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs to confirm their purchase of a high end item that needs to be verified.
The service was wonderful and the turn around time was good, actually faster than I expected... The price was reasonable as well... I've had them authenticate several bags for me and all were authentic, as I expected... I would definitely recommend them and will use their service in the future.

Sorry, in my effort to clarify, this service is bull---> The first two statements are from them. So this is what you can expect. I was excited to have a service which would provide both myself and my loyal client not only authenticity but history. This service unfortunately is a like a fast food chain... surviving off lack of quality supply in a time of quick turnaround. Beware and know your worth. The person responding is not someone i would EVER want to back me whether my purse were 100000k hermes or prada nada 1K... with a rep like this. YOU ARE better off without the poor, uneducated "opinion"

I paid for the extras and details and got "SORRY YOUR CHANNEL is fake" *id hope so because it was gucci. NO detailing, no explanation, nothing. I guess this is the kind of stuff people get into lawsuits over when they are inaccurate and misrepresent themselves as Experts.

Authenticated my online purchase, quick turnaround. Happy with the service, will use again. I feel confident with their opinion on the product, even spotted a near-miss when I almost purchased a fake.
I have used a few different authentication services. But I have gone back to Authenticate First each and every time I can. They have an easy system to upload photos, their turnaround time is quick (I have even had authentications done on the weekends sometimes) and their prices are very reasonable compared to others. It's my first preference for authentications now.
