Got these mammoth rims bc of great price but now way over planned cost even reusing tires; need deeper /longer lug nuts, factory Chevy TMPS sensors don't fit

Not so much from American Trucks but from Red Rock. They need to define the Yr, Make, and model better with regards to the Ram 4th and 5th generation. Example: If I have a 2023 1500 Classic, I would have to order parts as a 2018. However, if I have a 2023 Ram I order parts as a 2023 Ram.

My son just recently bought a Cummins powered Ram. He had many upgrades he wanted to do. Buying him Gift Cards for Christmas was a no brainer for me and a great gift for him.

Limited model has a digital rear view mirror inside and uses the camera built into OEM 3rd tail light. This item doesn't have that camera to hook up and so you lose that function. Don't see anywhere disclosing that information or I would have bought something else. Now need to replace anyways to keep the water from leaking in on oem model gaskets that fail.

I struggled to identify options to mount my antenna. Intended use in 2M / 70CM HAM radio installation. Antenna length on top of vehicle or on a window mount would result in excessive clearance requirements. This mount was almost perfect as it did not put the antenna far down the fender like other mounts. The mounting location was easy to access. Would prefer this to be modified so that it would not have excessive height above the cowl grill, it would look better if it "just" cleared it and would also give a few extra inches less total height to make low clearance garages more accessible.

I placed an order # 26-******* for an AMP Research Power step for a Silverado 2019 LD 1500 (Legacy). Had no installation instructions, had to go through Amp Research. I called American Trucks to make sure that the steps would fit my Legacy Chevy. Your representative assured me this was the right steps. At this time I'm on the phone trying to fix the problem. I hope I don't have to send it back for being the wrong steps.

I received an email about a sale, made a purchase the same day, then 3 days later I received an email that my order was canceled without an explanation. I called in to find out why and was told the item was discontinued. Strangely enough, that same item is still for sale on the website but priced $750 higher. It's glaringly apparent that someone mispriced the item and rather than be honest and own up to the mistake, chose to lie about it and lose a customer over it.

My truck rear brakes seized. I ordered a brake kit and had a scheduled repair in a timely fashion. My order shipped and was later canceled by AT. This caused a major inconvenience and pushed back the timeline of getting my truck repaired.

There needs to be more of savings.
I would buy more products if there was more interest in coupons or earning discounts from purchases.

520$ manifold "kit"and they don't ship all the parts. Got my "kit" today and brought it to the shop to get installed just to realize they didn't put gaskets in the box. So here I am paying 520 for a partial order on top of paying 50 for new gaskets on top of 500 installation fee. But it's ok because they refunded me 25$!?!? Learn how to package all parts before shipping or not be so cheap when refunding. That 25 doesn't even pay for my gas to drop my truck off at the shop. Terrible customer service. This is the first and last time ordering off this site
