The replacement oil plug for my 2024 F-150 fit perfectly. I couldn't get the original plug back in nor any of the 3 after market plugs I bought that came in a 3 pack. This plug fit perfect. No hassle.
Everything was shipped to my door within 3-5 business days and the boxes were sturdy with plenty of protection. I ordered another exhaust from a different company that ended up being the wrong one ( their parts finder app was incorrect) and that box was falling apart upon its arrival. I just ordered from Americantrcks.com and had a pretty poor experience. Their expedited shipping estimator on their website is a lie. "If you order in the next X hours, you'll get it by X date". Standard shipping was free, but I upgraded to 2-day for $55. They promised the part would arrive Wednesday, and it arrived Thursday (which was useless to me).
Since it was the same time of day, I was even able to replicate the website bug for them, but still they would not help at all. Completely unbelievable.
The chat rep said that is standard. I even replicated the bug on their website for them, and they said there is nothing they can do. No help, no refund, no solution, no fix of the clear bug (or scam) on their website. Just blanket 'no' across the board.
Seems like a decent place, but be wary of ordering anything expedited. And don't expect much help from their awful support staff/leads.

I ordered through the website and there were some shipping discrepancies. I used the online customer service and got in touch with an agent immediately. AT went out of their way to get my order shipped to me AND they gave me a discount on my next purchase.
Ordering and installation of the lift went great the sales support were knowledgeable and very informative and helpful. The installation garage was great. Very impressed with the whole process.
The purchase to delivery time was great. I received the delivery 3 days ago and just opened the box. There were 2 boxes inside. I opened the first box, the headlight was wrapped in foam. When I removed the foam I immediately noticed a crack from top to bottom in the clear plastic face.

My local auto wrecking yard quoted me $3200 for a used headlight assembly on my silverado.
Not a mechanic,but i knew there was no way chevy would design something like that so expensive.
I had cracked and knocked out the clear lens part for high beam,went online and did research.
OEM less then a 1/3 of junk guy but still!? Dang! Then i found American Trucks and read reviews.
Bam! Done deal...(theres a fourth bolt,back lower one,remove felt in wheelwell,reach through bumper)
Good easy. I ordered the wrong bracketes being stubborn attempted to modify and make them work should have listened to my wife.
I have been charged twice for some reason and have yet to receive a refund.

Customer service reached out to me when my order was late arriving. They were extremely helpful. Once my order that contained a console cover did arrive, we were very pleased with the quality and the look. We will definitely order from American Trucks again when we have a need.
I have not received my item yet so I am not able to give a fair review.
They say there gonna show this product in a setting date and then the give you a mandatory warranty just to get more money out of you and if you don't pay you don't even get the product you paid thousands of dollars on like this is bull$#*!.

Answer: Yes, go a web search for the product you want. There are many other websites that want your business and have great customer service. American Trucks does not.

I'm sorry about the delay of your package! I reviewed your order with my manager and we wanted to make this right. I noticed the order was placed on the 1/20. Because it didn't ship out until the 21st, it was delivered 2 days later on the 23rd instead of the 22nd. Since our website promised delivery on the 22nd, we issued a full refund on the shipping cost of $55.26 back to your original payment method on file.
