I was a little apprehensive about ordering the large items I was interested in and them not being the correct part. I chatted with Brianna and she took the time to look up each item and make sure that each part would work on my truck. Prices were great! I can't wait till they arrive and I am able to have them installed.
Everything was fine with the shipping customer services. Great, but I did have to return them due to the fact they weren't hub centric
Easy to order and received the step rails a day later than expected. The passenger side bed rail has multiple dents and one was quite big. The box that they came in was in good condition so I would think that the bed rail was already damaged before it was shipped.

Overall I like the product and seems to be well built. Install was easy. But when received there were multiple scratches and marks through every layer down to the base layer. I think with improved packaging and better quality control this would be a great product. Just be aware when you receive your package things like this are likely to be there.

I only wanted to cancel part of the order. But your system would not allow. So I canceled the whole order.
Had an issue with something I ordered. The part on the website listed my truck for fitment. When the part came in, it did not fit. Initiated a return, submitted my photos and within minutes the problem was corrected. Another happy customer. Keep up the great customer service.
Easy installation and great quality! I would highly recommend this product to anyone wanting to add some style to their vehicle.
Even though it was very easy and quick to order from you guys. I was comparing your product with a similar product from vron and the quality difference is very noticeable. You're a very thin with rough finished edges. Vron is thick high quality with very precise smooth edges and an extremely sticky adhesive strip. I had to add glue to yours just to get them full installed n my truck.
Good product. Came without any defects. A little complex to install but easy to figure out.

Confused, I paid for 2 day shipping. Lady on the phone says 2 day shipping doesn't mean 2 day delivery? Can't cancel because it's locked in shipping. Has been shipped yet.paid for 11-11-24 delivery, should have been free over$120. Hasn't been picked up yet by carrier, fed ex and its 11-11 24.
