I ordered a pink instrument cluster kit which shows on the website a faceplate, overlay, and needles.
I only received the overlay.
No face plate or needles.
I was given an option of returning the overlay in return get store credit.
If my order was not right the first time, what makes want to shop here again.
Or my other opinion was to keep the pink overlay and get a refund of $25 and a $10 voucher.

It's the attention to detail and little things that go along way. The YouTube videos to show you how to install your new product is a nice addition.

2015 Chevrolet 2500HD rear bumper did not fit well AT ALL. Literally every single aspect of this bumper had to be adjusted to just be functional, at best. Ridiculous. Didn't tell me about discounts until AFTER I purchased this bumper. When I originally went to purchase it, the website would not allow me to. Came back next day and the damn price went up over $50! Unbelievable. This ladies and gentlemen, is why you pay the prices from the dealership.

Shipping took weeks longer than the advertised 1-4 days. And that's with paying a $200 freight charge.

I know why you all don't mount and balance the wheels that way when the customer gets them they don't have to have them broke down to have the tire pressure sensors installed and that they can be programmed prior to installing them into the wheel but their are readers out their that can still obtain the information off the sensor so not real sure why mounting and balancing isn't an option just makes it a real pain when they do get here and I'll probably have to pay to get mine mounted because the closest shop that was listed for free mounting and balancing is over an hour away and I have a tire shop actually 3 tire shops within 5 min from my house. So drive an hour or 5 min the cost in fuel will probably equal out about the same and now my wheels are going to show up 2 weeks after my tires so now I have to find somewhere to store them until the wheels come in. Kind of a pain but oh well

Called in to talk to a salesperson. They did a great job determining which LED light would fit my aftermarket headlight assembly. Made the whole process easier and faster.

Bought brake rotors earlier in the week with an estimated delivery date of 12/4. It's 12/4 and they haven't shipped yet. I can't drive until I have these parts as they are brake rotors

I was looking for a way to pep up my gas pedal without spending a fortune on a tuning kit. The C&L Throttle Controller was the answer. My 2019 F150 already had different modes of driving to choose from, but even the Sport mode was sluggish at the take off. The throttle controller brought the gas pedal to life. And it also comes with several modes to chose from, along with sensitivity levels for each mode. It's like being able to tune my truck for the meager price of $100. How impressive is it? Let's just say I won't use the Race mode unless I'm running a quarter mile!

I especially liked the installation videos that are available to view. Helps make a choice between parts.
