Mike Lyons was very courteous and willing to answer all my questions, and did not seem hurried to get off the phone until I was ready to do the order. He even told me about his employment from home and encouraged me to apply for a job.
Quick shipping, received order two days after order was placed. Love ordering from this company, however with this order I was told the wheels would be mounted and balanced before shipped and that was not the case. I have been shopping for power running boards, but was a little concerned about the fit, cost, and installation. Found a great looking set of fixed running boards on American trucks and pulled the trigger. My wife and I got them installed today in less than an hour, easy peasy.
Order was placed on Friday 11/22, tracking info received 11/22, paid for 2 day shipping, and order still has not arrived on 11/27. Also the tracking info still has not updated so I can't find my part.

Got by delivery, and instead of 3 items I ordered got only 1, after contacting support and sending them picture of internal package they requested to send them shipping box, which I already get rid of.

I purchased an Open Box Item, however they had inventoried it incorrectly, and it wasn't even the correct part number they sold me; it was the wrong bolt pattern. Sadly had to return the item.

Bought an open box Corsa exhaust with minimal scratches on the muffler case as shown on the website at a substantial discount (very nice by the way). My packaged arrived earlier than expected but the $40.00 "handling" fee that I paid didn't go very far as nothing was re-wrapped. All the parts were thrown back in the box loosely and the muffler case sustained more damage during shipping. Since it is an exhaust and will not be seen, I'll live with a few dents and more scratches, would expect a little more attention in repacking though...
I had originally ordered a rear bumper and running boards from another supplier but after finding out they were severely back ordered I canceled that order and bought from American Trucks and received both in less than a week! Talk about impressive. Their prices seem a bit higher than others but it's worth it after the amazing experience I had. They will be my 1st choice from now on.
I needed a set of rims as my stock one had rust and cracks. Found these on sale, cheaper than buying used. Fast shipping, balanced well, and look good.
Was excited to install on my truck untill i recieved it.
Description was vague with no install instructions and after looking inside truck when i recieved cd player it will not install factory to my truck next to media center. It has to be installed somewhere else like under seat or where ever you can find a spot which makes it more dangerous to change cds.

I'm sorry to hear your CD player didn't come with the install guide! I called and left a voicemail, but wanted to reply here as well. I reviewed your order and was able to locate the installation guide and video (below). Depending on which model truck interior your truck has, this one looks should be able to fit into a factory replacement style near the USB and media center.

Shipping was really fast; it shipped the same day I ordered it. Received the order 3 days later. The quality of the product was outstanding.
Huge holes on both sides of the box whether it's from delivery service or American Trucks but I am not certain if items are missing.

Answer: Yes, go a web search for the product you want. There are many other websites that want your business and have great customer service. American Trucks does not.
