Huge holes on both sides of the box whether it's from delivery service or American Trucks but I am not certain if items are missing.
I found what I wanted, ordered it, and then the emails started. Over 20 emails in 3 days time. Absolutely ridiculous. Item was fine and arrived ontime. They will absolutely bombard you with useless emails afterwards though.

The whole process was smooth and simple. Order came in great shape. Just have to check them out after they are plugged in and mounted. Awesome job American Truck.
Got kit quickly it had different ubolts made a call American truck quick to correct issue. Will be buying from them in the future.
I needed a removable rack for my Silverado 1500. Something that would not hinder the flippable bed cover. American Trucks offered several choices of bed racks and roof racks. I found a very affordable option with the RedRock Cross Bar Roof Rack. It fit great. Only comment would be that the assembly instructions are bare minimum, could be improved.
The box was torn up and the packing material on the inside wasn't great. Website is good and the part fit my truck.
It was very honest and professional they were very down to earth which is awesome, I'm an old head and don't like to beat around the bush so when I fine guys that similar to myself it makes life much easier thank you

I purchased a Barricade bull bar for the front of my 2024 Silverado. The website allowed me to put in my specific truck model to see a list of accessories that would fit my truck. There was a large quantity of options for me to pick from. Besides photos of the accessory, they had photos of it installed on various trucks. They even showed photos of trucks that were my color first, so I could get a real good feel for how it will look installed. The website also had a full installation video that went into great detail. I was also able to have it shipped to the facility that was going to install it for me, so I didn't have to lug it there myself.
I was concerned with possible blockage of my front parking sensors. I was able to call in and ask if that would be an issue. I was told it would not be, which turned out not to be the case. It does disable my parking sensors even though the bar is not directly in front of them. That is my only reason for a 4 star.
However, I liked the look of the bar enough that I am willing to live without the front sensors.
Spent 1300 bucks after 2 days talking to people on a tuner and pcm for my truck but 2 days after buying they call me saying they can't go through with my order because they couldn't find the right part for my truck even after I was told they had it and was even given a discount for what I was buying went to another company and the part they said wouldn't work is the exact part I needed they just don't know what they're doing I guess

Things happen the world's not perfect but from my experience American trucks customer service is pretty good and if something's wrong they make an effort to make it right so we're cool.
Had to renew my Bakflip. Am sad, I should get MX4 instead of G1. Because MX4 looks more sturdy and thick. It's my fault, this G1 has less warranty than MX4 😞

My whole experience was great. The item I purchased had a 10% off coupon that wasn't being applied at checkout. So I got a hold of their customer rep Bri and she helped me process my order in no time. And in just a few days later my package arrived at my door step complete with no issues.
No one has been arrested yet and no arrests were reported so I am hoping that they are not involved and they will not get charged for anything that is wrong and I am very very concerned that this will not happen to the people
