The rear bumper shipped from our warehouse, and the front bumper shipped directly from Rough Country, so that's why they shipped separately. Very satisfied with the item I ordered and at the selection of other items I'm sure I will be ordering soon.
The magnetic transmission/differential drain plug didn't fit any thing transfer included. My truck doesn't even have a drain plug. I guess I'm stuck with a 26.99 magnetic drain plug. When it was delivered didn't have invoice included. Not very happy for a listed part to fit my truck was misleading.

Shipping was fine box had damage but contents were well protected. Only issue I had is one of the hidden fasteners on the under side of the board did not tighten. It would spin so basically the manufacturer had a flaw with this particular nut embedded in the board.
I have ordered so many parts through this company for my ram truck. The customer service is hands-down. The best customer service I have ever dealt with when it comes to ordering anything. I will absolutely continue with this company and I highly recommend you do as well!
I was told all My parts would be sent out 1-3 days of order. I am now being told that my Shorty headers are not going to be sent out for a week or so, which is highly ridiculous!
The mirrors I got were very nice and the ordering of them was easy as 123. I received them in a timely manner and was impressed especially being around the holidays.
