Ordered a 1 in lift block for a truck in our shop. When the box came in we found the u bolts did not match the ones on the truck. We then contacted them to let them know and try to get it handled. We sent in the pictures they asked for and waited for a response that never came. Fast forward a week and a half still no answer and the truck is sitting in my shop waiting for a fix that this company could care less about.

Order and delivery process was fast. Setting up installation was easy abs fast as well. Local installer experience was very good.
I ordered 2 rear shocks for my 2020 Power Wagon that dealer couldn't get me due to being on back order. The ordering process was super easy but when I received the shocks the one had no hardware. I started an online chat that kept being closed out. I had to call twice to get a shipping label. When I finally the replacement shock one of the shocks looked new the other looked like a display that sat in a parts house window it was all faded. I ended up installing anyway just to get my truck back on the road. I recommend a little better on the QC. I'm a parts and service director for a dealership so I understand parts availability issues. I'm just upset that the product doesn't look consistent.

Part was shipped and delivered promptly. After having to try the part out on my vehicle, I was not satisfied with it's peformance, the part will be returned.
I bought this lift kit because it doesn't alter the OEM ride. It was easy to order
And freight was included. It's only been three days so I have not received the parts yet.
What I don't like is a SPAM level of emails from the vendor. I got 5 today.
That's 5 too many!
My experience was not very good this time because when I received my order it was not the correct part. The return process also is not going well. The wrong part was sent and I have to return the box back to a fedex location. When I asked the rep if the part could be picked up by fedex from my house (because of the size and weight) I was told that I would have to pay for that even though this was a mistake made by American Trucks. I have ordered parts before from this company and did not have any issues but this experience will make me rethink purchasing from your company again.
