I ordered 4 wheels from the website and when the wheels came in they weren't the wheels that were displayed on the site. I read the full description and it even said they were one piece aluminum wheels. The wheels I received were basic steel wheels. Now, the lady I initially spoke with was super helpful and was right on top of getting the problem resolved; the problem is the gentleman I was transferred to basically said there's nothing they can do about falsely advertising the wheel on the website and really made it sound like it was my fault. Mind you, I read the full description about the wheel on the page that was showing the wheel I was under the impression I was getting. If this were my fault I would 100% take full responsibility, but the fact that the wheel displayed was not the one that was sold to me and then to play it off like "oh well, here's this other set that's $800 more" is unacceptable. The worst part is I went up a size in diameter and also ordered lug nuts for aluminum wheels and also ordered tires that will not go on my factory wheels, so I will be getting tires I can't use and have 32 lug nuts I can't use. I'm gonna give them time to review my return and give them a chance to rectify the situation; but if it is not resolved properly I will not be using them again. And I've even sent multiple people their way because I thought I was dealing with a legitimate company. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1 is the fisrt lady I spoke with and the fact that the day I ordered I was having problems with my account and the customer service chat was top notch. I also added a photo of the wheel advertised on their website and the wheel I received.

Ordered the AEM cold air intake and received it this past Monday February 10th. Was looking forward to installing it yesterday only to find the tubing dented and scratched after opening the box. It looked as if someone had previously tried installing it in their truck, with the dent, scratches and wear and tear on it. Only to put it back in the box and ship it to me. Contacted American Truck about it where I have sent pictures of the product and box. Now I have to wait for AT to contact me via phone and ask me questions regarding the product and box. Almost seems as if they are questioning whether I did this or not. Now I have to wait a couple more weeks for a new intake, (hopefully)! This will likely be my last purchase from AT.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the Cold Air Intake! I left a detailed voicemail but wanted to reach out here. After reviewing your order, I found currently our tech support team, Nick, is working on getting this fixed. Since it shipped directly from the manufacturer, K&N, we're working with them to get the replacement sent out as quickly as possible. I can assure you, we're not questioning the return and how it came. We just have to work with the manufacturer to get a new one shipped out, and a new tracking number for the replacement.

I ordered my product and it shipped on the 8th still haven't received it threw fed ex. It keeps getting shipped to Saginaw to other fed ex and back to Saginaw to other Fed ex and back and forth. It keeps updating saying that it will be here by end of day and update to the next day so on.

Item received is a very nice addition to my f-150. Delivery was fast considering it was still the holidays.
Order step rails for my 2017 ram 2500, everything was included except the rear brackets for installation.
Made Contact with support and being told between 7-10 business days to get the hardware. This could have been prevented if quality controls were put into place.

I ordered fog lights on 11/24/24 and have yet to have them ship as of today on 12/4/24. It was advertised as 2-3 day shipping and that was determined to be wrong. Try to get ahold of American Trucks and via email and I get the run around.

I honestly would have given 4 prob 5 stars but this one issue that should have been easily avoidable but instead they strung the issue out for 2 plus weeks well 3 weeks if you count the time it took to get my money back into my account. So I have bought numerous things from here but when I went on their website and found the rims I really wanted and spent 2 grand on them. Well the shipping eta came and went once so I reached out and they said they would send a request to the company that actually makes the rims for an update so I was cool with that but then 4 days goes by I heard nothing and the 2nd estimated shipping day passed so I called back again and they tell me the same spill about requesting the shipping info then another week goes by and I noticed that half of the money had been put back into my account? So I called up there again and at that point they tell me oh it looks like those rims are discontinued... I feel like if I called that many times and checked up on it plus they still have those rims on there website after all this went down so I guess someone else is gonna get tricked as well. Oh and the last part they only gave me the money back for 2 of the rims then took another week to get the rest from the other two rims? Makes no since. They gave me a 20$ voucher which is better than nothing but I mean this took up about a month overall before I could even get the money back to try and order a new set of rims. Sooo shop carefully people... P.s every other purchasing experience was great and I've spent around 8 grand total on prob 7 diff purchases through them. But that one issue was a pretty big mess up on their end and the fact the rims still to this day are listed as available for purchase on their website tells me they aren't to worried about actually trying to correct the issue so it doesn't happen to someone else. That's just not good business practice in my eyes.

Anytime I have questions about any products I reach out the the customer service guys. They are very quick to call back and even give you the area code to watch for before they call. Don't know about you guys but I hate answering to unknown callers. Always helpful and knowledgeable about their products

Answer: Yes, go a web search for the product you want. There are many other websites that want your business and have great customer service. American Trucks does not.
