In the meantime of waiting for my item I received over dozen emails from American truck about the same item I just purchased

I placed an order for a brush guard on 12-3 set up the payment info when I ordered the item the description said free 2 to 3 day delivery by UPS there was a $149.99 oversized item charge I paid the fee a couple days later I received info the carrier was not UPS but would be delivered by Pilot then in the email it said Pilot was now Masrk or something like that email stated estimated delivery was 12-11 now I'm no rocket scientist but that is not 2 to 3 days well 12-11 comes no delivery 12-12 comes in morning nothing then late morning email says delivery appointment scheduled now this is first I've heard from anyone I was away at meetings. On my way home my wife tells me my item was delivered but she was not happy the delivery driver broke one of her solar lights by the side walk and pulled or pushed their cart over one of her late mom's flowers. When I got home I noticed the driver got into the yard with the truck they did pull or push their cart over her flowers and broke her solar light also the item I ordered was all scratched up now I know the company is not responsible for the delivery company but clearly the order said delivery UPS not some unprofessional delivery service
Sales team was knowledgeable and professional. Helped with applying my credit towards a different purchase.
Delivery was super fast, quality seems excellent. I will give a 5 star review although one of the tires arrived unbalanced.

I thought the site was very easy to navigate. Items I was looking for were found with ease. I have had Rough Country fender flares before and find the quality and fitment excellent.
Overall from looking at all the goodies for my truck and the videos both about the product and it's installation are over the top and the videos are for both novice and the pros

The product I ordered came in a timely fashion and in good condition. I have yet to have a negative experience dealing with American Trucks.
I had an interesting experience with the web site ordering. I added an item to my cart. I then went to checkout. I chose to pay with Apple Pay. As soon as the transaction completed I was informed my payment processed but unfortunately it was for $2,000 above the price of what was in my cart. I checked the order and somehow 4 other items for a completely different truck ended up on my invoice.
Here's the great news. I called customer service. They responded quickly and were able to correct the order for me within minutes. It is so nice to be able to speak to a human in a situation like this. Thank you for being one of the few companies that still have a human customer service contact center. Well done.

I ordered the RedRock Under Seat Storage Box (15-25 F-150 SuperCrew) SKU: T******* after returning the other "RedRock Under Seat Storage Box" SKU: T*******, which wasn't even RedRock-branded and didn't fit my 2023 F-150 STX. American Trucks processed the return without any issues, but the new one doesn't fit my model truck properly either. I made it work, but the screws don't fit the holes in the underseat bracket and the dimensions are slightly off. The website says it should fit, but even the instructions indicate it only fits model years up to 2020. The construction of the storage bins feels cheap as well. Since I made it work, I'll give it two stars but I'd recommend passing on this one and getting something else for under seat.

Bought a seat cover for my 2013 Silverado 1500 and the color was not close to what I need. Was told it was not returnable.
