So I contacted an agent online and asked if the item was available and he said yes it was. So I purchased the item and now received an email saying my order was canceled because the item was discontinued. Why is it that no one knows what is in stock or what's going on with the items thank are sold. Not sure if I'm going to go through this b.s. Might be time to spend my money somewhere else.

Exactly what I wanted to extend the life of my carpet. However the one clip on the drivers side was broke when I took it out of the plastic bag.

WHILE TAKING THE OLD STORAGE PANEL WAS BEING REMOVED 2 OF THE CLIPS BROKE OFF, THEN I NOTICED THAT THERE WAS A SPEAKER BUILT IN TO THE PANEL. THERE WAS NO WAY THIS WAS GOING TO WORK. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD BY AT LEAST 3 OF THEIR REPS THAT ALL THEY COULD DO WAS A REFUND AND THE DAMAGE TO THE CLIPS WAS MY PROBLEM. THEY DIDN'T CARE WHAT THEY STATED IN THE DESCRIPTION, I WAS SUPPOSED TO KNOW IT WOULD'NT WORK. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

I was excited because i was told if I paid an additional 18.00 I would get all my stuff on Saturday. Now it's saying Monday. That is not cool.

Ordered them got here fast they look nice but as I was taking them off the box they were broken pieces that were coming off which I can't believe for the money I paid for I was expecting it to be from good material but no as always they're made in china but I managed to put them on another thing when your about to install them you really have to push them hard so they latch right in if not they're not gonna stay intact.
